Little Caesars is great for cheap(er) tasty pizza, but I'm always longing for different flavors. Our orders are usually simple, as you can't really customize your pizzas when ordering through the app (which I do all the time), but they give me the wrong things/order from time to time. Still, I love that it's cheap and quick, so I order from them about once a month or so.

Yo, that calzone smells! I couldn't try it, the stink was so bad. My wife braved it an she almost threw up. The box was dripping with garlic butter. It was pooling up. Rude people when I called to complain. They offered me another one but I dare not bring another in my house. I don't know if the cheese was expired or it was over seasoned but I do know that was way too much garlic butter. If I could give no stars I would.

I just called to place 4 pizza very simple orders for my Family. The phone service was very unprofessional, how to provide customer service is needed and extensive training is recommended per a loyal customer from Atlanta Metro area.

ZERO ! Poor service is the lowest of the low! Ordered 2 pizzas online had them delv by door dash in record time only to find both orders were wrong from what I had specified and were both not cooked enough. tasted like paint thinner and smelled funny. I called the store and they said to bring them back for a refund. I refused to do this since I had them delv. DO NOT GET YOUR PIZZA HERE !

Came through the drive-thru at 9:30 on a Friday, they close at 10. Was told it would take 45 minutes to make a pizza 😂 really?

Outside the South Columbus location off of Victory drive, the Little Caesars' dumpster gates are open showing large amounts of trash strewn all over the ground. While waiting in the drive thru line, we saw nearly a dozen large rats running amongst the garbage. Several of us vehicles left the line. I'm sure the rats will find their way inside if they haven't already. We will not be returning.

This location is the worst ... Soon as I pull up to the drive thru the first thing the cashier ask is do I have a call in cause if not it will take 30 minutes ..

Terrible communication. I place a order to only have them cancel it without calling and I paid for my order. Now I have to wait 3-5 days to get my money bk. If they know they close at a certain time then the staff should be instructed not to continue to take orders after a certain time.
