Went into the restaurant and it straight up looked like a war zone. There was trash everywhere. It took over five min for any of the staff to acknowledge us. They had a line out the door after us and looked dumb founded on what to do. We got onion rings that an employee accidentally knocked over on the tray in the heat shelf and we watched an employee pick them up with his bare hands and then served them to us with no care in the world. The experience was honestly gross.

My daughter and I ordered 2 blizzards. I ordered a large snickers blizzards with 2x extra stuff, and she ordered the chocolate brownie blizzard they gave her a medium and put my 2x extra stuff in a cup and handed it to me. I checked my blizzards and it was just vanilla ice cream and little pieces of chocolate in it. I have never had this issue at this DQ. All the people were basically walking on top of each other and we didn't have to wait to order , so there was no line when we got there. Very upsetting DQ . I was charged correctly but not given what I ordered. Maybe some extra training on the new people.😢

It was the very first day for the kid who helped us and he was being trained by management so the sunday toppings were super skimpy and the dipped cone was a mess with almost no coating. Normally this is an outstanding location that makes awesome treats so I am hoping it was just an off day.

After placing a order through Door dash, I was missing more than half my order, after several fails attempts to reach door dash for refund I contacted Dairy Queen and spoke with Brooklyn. This girl went above and beyond to make it right, she not only brought me my order but gifted me a gift card and also. I have cancer and had a stroke and not able to drive. Customer service like this doesn't exist anymore. Truly refreshing

Don't go after school hours, very idiotic teens work there and they aren't supervised well. Otherwise, wel all enjoyed our food and icecream, including the dog.

Waited for my order for 15 minutes as the crew walked around and talked to each other. It was in the freezer the whole time. They couldn't be bothered to help me.
