Hot Head Burritos

Food was.. edible. no flavour. Since when does Hothead use parsley instead of cilantro? I asked for lime but didn't taste any of that either. The cheese sauce was water. He tried to "replace" it but it was just a bigger cup of the same. My hands somehow felt more dirty after using their bathroom sink than before.

Far superior to their main market competition, Chipotle. I've been to this location multiple times and the food has always been good. Better yet, I've never had anything but excellent and polite service here. Kudos to management and staff. The only reason I can't give it 5 stars is because I need a meal to blow my socks off for 5.

The man that works at this restaurant gave us the best service we have had in a long time. It caused me to leave a tip at a "fast food" place. I got the nachos and my wife got the smothered burrito. Both looked like works of art at a "fast food" place. He made suggestions and even whipped up a sample of a mixture of sauces he likes. He took the job so serious I thought he was the owner. The customer that came in after us was commenting on her admiration for the service as well. What an impact he made on us. I will definitely go back there again and again.

I had a catering order to feed a pack of 15 hungry people. I called the store and they gave me the number for the owner and he walked me through everything. I told him the budget, what I wanted, and he helped me decide what was best for my party. I arrived and got the food, it was absolutely delicious, the veggies were cut fresh, everything was delicious. Highly recommend using them for parties and large events.

Sean Foster is the most amazing person i have met in a restaurants He works here at Hot Heads and his customer service never ceases to amaze me!! I wish he could go to every store and restaurant and train these other folks how to perform proper customer care!!!! Not only is Sean AMAZING but the food slaps!! Also they have the tables set up for social distancing id you choose to eat in.I get the nachos and he piles my stuff good and high. I also am vegan and they accommodate that. They have a gluten free menu to accommodate people who have an issue with gluten. HotHeads is definitely our go to place when we in the mood for some good mexican type food!! Thank you Sean for being amazing!! I hope they paying you well!! If not shame on them for being so horrible to someone who makes HotHeads wonderful!!
