Mcdonald's

It took the front cashier about 10 mins to even take our order. When she finally did she was nice and polite. Just no one was helping her. They finally got our food out minus the drinks. Then it took them over 10 mins just to get my smoothie and frappe made. By then the food is cold plus they didn't give any cutlery. It was only a big breakfast minus the pancakes. I don't know what was going on, but it was terrible service!!

Fast food places are notorious for getting your order wrong. But I had to get food since it was past 8pm and I needed a quick bite. Ordered a deluxe crispy chicken sandwich at the drive through. After getting my food at pick up window, I checked to make sure it was what I ordered. I was assured by store clerk that it was my crispy chicken and I saw the deluxe crispy chicken on the box and so I drove off. Being starved I ate my sandwich as I'm driving and I finally thought after 3 bites that this chicken sure does taste like beef. Lesson of the day...ALWAYS check your containers even if says the correct name of your food.

I came here to get food for someone and I asked for a well done Big Mac meal with a McFlurry, I got a cold Big Mac & fries. I asked for a refund and I was told that I couldn’t get it, I had to hold up the drive thru line and get out of my car in order to get a refund because I was not satisfied with the order I received. I’m not sure who owns this McDonalds or any of them in the Columbus/Phenix City area but it is ridiculous that the food is always old even if you asked for it to be “well done” or “cooked to order” . Definitely won’t be returning.

We dislike McDonald's making us use the kiosks at ANY of their stores.. makes 0 sense why I have to ring up my own order on a kiosk just to walk to the counter for them to pull my order up and me to pay cash..if we have to ring up our own orders then shouldn't the food price be going down and not up?! OUTSIDE OF THAT.... the staff was ok and the store was very clean. Once we were able to finally pay for our food it came very fast and was warm and fresh!! There is only 2 McDonald's on lagrange that ever get your orders correctly; this being one of them.

Not our favorite McDonald's as of yet but we have seen worse...it seems like everytime we have come to this location that the employees that serve us just don't want to be there period. They cut you off, ignore your questions, hand you your food as fast as they can and close the window just as fast. When they close the window fast on you if you can manage to get their attention again you can hear and see the displeasure on their face that you had the audacity to ask for ketchup or heck anything really..

*First time to this location * Suprisingly, this McDonald's pulls off the hat-trick: 1) Efficient, 2) Fresh & 3) Nice Management Staff. Increasingly rare today. I can't remember the last time I had a McDonald's burger that was clearly fresh. 95% are luke warm at best. I've received quite a few that were little more than room temp. Well done, Columbus McDonald's (Bradley Park). Enjoyable lunch!

Don’t order at this location often but picked up something quick for dinner. Had to wait in parking spot for our order, not a big deal. Lady brought our food out, noticed a smell of lotion or something I guess from her hands on the bag that lingered. Also, wasn’t a big deal. Noticed we missed an item so husband went in and got it. Also....no big deal. Later when we got home my husband was eating the missing item he went in to get and it was inedible. After opening it up it was covered in salt and pepper?! We never complained or fussed and then we get this??
