Had the Steak and Cheese Panini meal. Would like to have a choice of something other their chips with the meal. Other than that I have eaten there 3x in the last 2 weeks.

I come to this T.H. almost every Sunday afternoon to relax and enjoy a sandwich and coffee. Of course, the food and coffee are very good. But I especially want to finally say how much I appreciate the attention from the employees. They are always so friendly and helpful. They also work hard at keeping everything so clean. It's really a nice place to go inside for delicious coffee and relax for a while. Thank you!

I would rate them 10 stars if possible. They are extremely personable and patient, yet also provide the fastest service of any Tim Hortons I’ve ever visited. And this location gets busy with people working in Grandview such as myself. I’ve gotten to know a couple of workers by name. Today, I mentioned I had a cold, and my girl Sarah was like “you need a tea!” So I ordered a tea. Very comforting and caring. They take great care of you here!

this tim hortans needs to train every other tim hortans. this tim hortans makes chick fila workers look lazy. if i have an extra 1 minute in the morning i have time to stop and get breakfast. by the time i order they have already made it. consistently incredible

We went here on vacation, having not had an opportunity to stop at a Tim Horton's at home.
Their donuts, and the Timbits (donut holes) were quite good, and everyone enjoyed the ones they got. Some of us also got breakfast sandwiches, which were also good.
My wife also got an iced coffee drink, which she said was too sweet, as if they'd added far too much sugar. This was the only really disappointing thing about the place.

We got a cold cap with whipped cream. Their coffee IS delicious! However, I am very disappointed that it's an extra cost for whipped cream. Starbucks, dutch bros, black rock....not extra!

Food is always decent, employees are polite, coffees are good and if you’re looking for somewhere cheaper and guaranteed quicker than Starbucks then I always go here. Only not giving 5 stars because I got the mix and match breakfast sandwiches (2 bacon egg and cheese English muffins) and I got charged full price instead of 2 for $6. I didn’t realize until I saw my card charge or I would’ve mentioned it in line and I’m sure they would’ve fixed it. Just upsetting bc I go there bc they’re affordable and I’m broke lol. This location is actually a "fast" fast food restaurant. The staff is stoic, but polite. This could be five stars easily except the hash brown temperature is hit and miss. Just either steaming hot or cold and soggy. The donuts are fresh and the sandwiches are hot and tasty.
