I ordered a pizza with bacon, chicken, feta cheese, green peppers, & spinach this past Thursday.. while I appreciate a hot, fresh pizza, I would have liked for my order to be correct more. My pizza was missing the green peppers & the only reason why I didn’t make them remake it was because I was on my lunch from work. Please do better.

Not very happy. Ordered two of the large 5 topping pizzas for $9.99 each. Was told they would be ready in 20 minutes by the gentleman on the phone. Pulled up about 20 minutes later and when I walked in, gave my name, the same man told me my pizzas were next. I sat down. After about 5 minutes, I stood up and asked, are my pizzas ready yet? He walked around the counter and spoke with the lady making the pizzas, returned and said, "Sorry, we had to remake one of your pizzas...we left the pepperoni off". What? That pizza was just pepperoni with Xtra cheese. So that frustrated me. My pizza was done, but they had to remake my kids pizza. He did offer me a coke while I waited which is why I gave 2 stars. So, about 10 minutes later, I finally get both of my pizzas. I opened them up to check them and my pizza basically had no cheese on it at all and I also asked for one of my 5 toppings to be Xtra cheese. Upon touching it, it was already starting to get cold and hard because it had been sitting there while they remade the pizza they left the pepperoni off of. When I told him I wanted Xtra cheese on mine also, he looked at the pizza with me and said "Yeah, sorry man...I'd have to remake that one again also"...."do you want us to remake that one again"? No, I do not have time to stand around and wait on pizzas to continue being remade while the other one you just remade gets cold. A vicous cycle of remaking pizzas while the other gets cold. I'd rather my kids get their pizza hot. What really set me off is he said, here is the best I can do to give you your Xtra cheese you ordered and gave me some parmesan cheese in a little bottle. Seriously Domino's? I took a picture to prove this. Let me know if you would call this "Xtra Cheese". He rang me up and I paid full price. Got home and pizza was cold. Had to put it in microwave. As you can see by the picture, look in the middle, Xtra cheese, yeah right. Try no cheese. I feel like I got robbed out of my $21 bucks. Not happy.

Man when I tell you Domino's did their thing, I mean that did that! They did a great job with my pizzas. I was too hungry to take a picture but my experience was excellent. My driver was kind, sweet, and friendly (and right on time). He brought my pizzas and they were hot and fresh like he baked them in his car. Thanks Gerald for the awesome job!!! I hope to get you again in the future.

I used the application on my phone to order up 5 pizzas and an appetizer for a little get-together at the house. Never had a bad experience at a Domino's before this. App said: 30-40 minutes. Check in 40 minutes on the app. Tracker says "Prep" status, now 50-60 minutes. No problem! Wait until 60 minutes. App says "prep" still. Call up the location. Lady on the phone tells me my food is just getting in the oven. Okay, no problem! They're busy. Wait until 90 minutes. App still says "prep." Call up the store again. This new lady tells me that they had a lot of calls come in before me and that my order wasn't expected to be delivered for 2-3 hours. I asked if that was 2-3 hours from my original order time, or 2-3 hours from the calling time. So after all this ordeal, my application told me, at the latest, we'd be waiting 60 minutes. A person told me that the total wait time expected was going to be between 3 1/2 hour to 4 1/2 hours in total. I told her I wanted a refund and didn't ask for an explanation. I'm seeing all these reviews on here for this location. I've never had this problem before. I'm not bad about this, I just ordered from a competitor that got it to me in an hour and I'll wait for my refund to come through. Domino's, this is on you. I'm not blaming the staff, or this store. I'm blaming the company. If you're not staffing properly, fix it. If you're not paying enough to STAFF your store, fix it. If you've got some other back end problem that's causing this wait time, fix it. You're losing money and customers. Or, at the very least, just give us a realistic delivery time in your application when we're putting in an order. Don't have this app tell your customer 60 minutes if it's really going to be four times longer than that. Good luck with your problem. Hope you fix it so I can eat here again maybe sometime next year or so.

Order took forever takes me 8 minutes to drive to my house from store says driver left at 9:39 pm it is now 9:48pm and it says 10 more minutes and keeps going up? Then the food took forever to even start delivery I ordered at around 8 40pm there is no reason my order should take over an hour on a tuesday order finally arrived at 10:20pm and I have kids and I want a full refund cause food was cold and pasta was burnt. I will NOT be ordering from here again never had any issue with this store so what ever has changed needs to change back. And I need management to call me because I want my money back the food was barely even edible. I can understand the only having two drivers and it being late but the food being burnt and not at all made with care is unacceptable.

The curbside guarantee is no better for me then the paper it was drawn on. The last two times after I checked I'm here on the app the timer was stopped once at 1:48 left and the other was 1:12 left both both times the pizza didn't even get to me till almost double the time then the curbside guarantee says. Don't offer this and you not play by the rules you set. The only reason I gave 2 stars was the Alfredo pizza was good.

I am going to give them one more chance but last time I ordered was horrible and I was hungry. two hours later I get a call and they tell me it will be another 3 hours... We not the smallest city but really we have more than one dominos. long story short I cancelled and ordered marcos. I will order again, hopefully communication just sucked that time or they are working on how busy a place is when you order, hopefully.
