Delicious.. staff is very polite and Friendly.. I bought two pretzels for myself. The original pretzel and the garlic pretzel.. both were hot and fresh I always get some mustard to put on my pretzel New York style... Love this place they are normally in the airport but they have one here in Columbus...PS..only one made it to the house..

This Auntie Anne's is great! The caucasian lady with blond hair was very friendly and helpful! She made my pretzel absolutely perfect with no butter, & lightly salted!

I'm literally addicted and would be back a lot more if it wasn't so EXPENSIVE! I'm gonna bankrupt myself here but I keep coming back so that has to mean they have a 5/5 star rating now doesn't it? Oh it's truly the best sweet/desert/snack shop around! Not too sweet like some places where it feels like the sugar is going to melt your teeth after the first bite.

Impeccable customer service. I work in the mall and couldn’t get it delivered because of bad internet, but I also couldn’t leave my kiosk. Crystal from Auntie Anne’s was kind enough to walk to the other side of the mall to deliver my order. I’m definitely going to continue ordering from this restaurant. 10/10 recommend for the food and the exceptional customer service

I’m definitely not giving a 1 star because of the food. Auntie Anne’s food is delicious 🤤 However, the associate by the name of Krystal is the reason for this 1 star. I ordered from door dash and my order wasn’t filled. I called to Auntie Anne and I was told I just need to call DoorDash to get a refund. I was refused information about upper management, she was extremely rude and hung up on me twice. She stated I was yelling but when I told her she was yelling at me she hung up on me once more. As a paying customer this is totally unacceptable, us consumers is the reason why a business is successful as well as giving people like Krystal employment. I will contact DoorDash for the refund but that doesn’t fix that people who like to use DoorDash for food pick up at this restaurant may only be receiving part of the order due to the associate being busy. Customer service is very important and it’s clear that the associate Krystal doesn’t have that value.

Great experience, great pretzels, but they no longer do garlic flavoring. Ive ALWAYS got garlic flavoirng on their pretzels since I was a kid. Now I will have to start bringing my own garlic...
