This is ridiculous and unprofessional. How are you going to charge full price for a meal if YOU ran out of cups and can't give customers the drink that's supposed to be included in the price? Highway robbery at it's finest. They don't care about the customers, that's why you don't see them responding to any of the reviews.

Gave 2 stars because of my previous experiences with this place have been positive. It used to be one of the best wing spots in Columbus. It’s been a few months since I’ve been here but the wings are bigger and not seasoned at all. There is literally no flavor to the wings and that’s with the sauce being on them. I ordered lemon pepper and honey hot and they were both disgustingly bland. They switched the fries to the potato ones similar to Wendy’s and they also lack taste. I was sadly disappointed and don’t see myself coming here again unless they switch back to the old items or try something new but the wings and fries I purchased today were a total waste of money I couldn’t even force myself to eat more than two wings. Oh and they’re drink machine was down.

The wing spot use to be one of the best spots in Columbus, GA but it is not good at all! I order close to $45 worth of food... thinking it would be good however it wasn't. I order 2 15pc mild w/ fries and 1 10pc w/ chicken fried. The wings taste pre cooked, wasn't cooked thoroughly and it was breaded. The mild sauce tasted like water with no flavor. The fries tasted like it was already cooked and then redropped them for 30mins(similar to what some of the fast food places do nowadays). The chicken fried rice didn't have enough chicken but you pay extra for chicken. This is all I'm saying I understand the pandemic may cause prices to go up and the lack of services and productivity for food went down, HOWEVER, when someone paying any kind of their hard earned dollars on FOOD! THEY EXCEPT GOOD QUALITY.

The BEST wings in town. You can't beat the flavor or the price. They have a huge menu variety and all of the food is surprisingly good, especially the chicken fried rice. Wait times are decent considering the portions, and the place has always been clean every time I've been in. My only complaint is that call-in orders do not seem to result in faster wait times; you'll still be waiting just as long after you pay. I recommend this place to anyone looking to get some awesome wings for a great price.
