Domino's Pizza

Yeah that’s a hair on my wings, it’s easy to see since there no sauce really to cover it. It stated 39-49 minutes for delivery. An hour and 40 minutes later it showed up cold. I called the store because this is kinda ridiculous after spending $40. Whoever answered was rude out the gate, told me they only have two drivers, okay well accurately notate that on the app so we know our food will take almost two hours. I wouldn’t have even ordered if I had known ahead of time. Then said “you got the wings?” All aggressive like I’m trying to swindle them out of more wings. His resolution was he would remake the wings if I brought back the ones from my order and picked up the new ones myself and I quote “we ain’t refunding the whole order so do what you gotta do” after I said I’m not driving to the store. The lack of drivers isn’t the problem entirely, I ordered at 7pm, my order was prepared at 7:09 and wasn’t even put in the oven to bake until nearly 8pm. And then I don’t get it until 8:40. Poor customer service and poor quality, don’t waste your time or money. It’s not worth it from this location.

Ordered a pizza at 7:20 for the same reason that anyone else would. I was hungry. Got my order and immediately called because the wrong pizza was sent out. Called the store to inform them and was advised they would re-deliver but I could not eat ONE slice of it due to having to send pics to corporate. So I wait and have a couple of wings. Almost two hours from the original order, I called because I wasn’t even hungry anymore. Other than having a regular customer just wait hungry what irritated me was the fact that the manager actually said “Well what do you want me to do?”. Maybe act like a professional business and not make customers pay for YOUR mistakes? Let’s start there.. Would it have been less of a cheese pizza with a slice missing. No apologies just excuses. I am assuming that they don’t want my business as the economy is hitting us all equally. I will gladly take my business elsewhere.

The food got here promptly enough but was missing the Marinara for the cheesy bread and ranch for the chicken as well as a 2L bottle of CokeWhen I called the store, I was hung up after being on hold for 30 minutes. Called back and waited on hold again. Then was told a driver would be bringing those items to us. An hour later, still no delivery. Called again and was hung up on. Finally spoke with a manager, who could only offer me a refund as he said they had no drivers. I can eat without but cheesy bread without the marinara is like pizza without sauce

This location is the worst!! Just close down already. They're always canceling my order, I suppose because their drivers are too afraid to deliver. I live in the Midtown area where the restaurant is located and always use a debit/credit card to pay for my orders. No cash is being exchanged so I'm not sure what's the issue. I'll just stick with Pizza Hut, Little Ceasar's or Marco's.

If I could give a half a star I would we called a pizza and Alfredo bowl in and it wasn't even made when we got thee thy came up with two different excuses and on too of it the Alfredo bowl is dry like they put just a little bit of sauce in it... last night we tried to order a Pizza they took the order But when it came time to deliver it they couldn't deliver in my area or to my street they need to have employees who are not scared to deliver to certain areas... Get it together if Y'all don't deliver to a certain area you need to let them know over the phone... instead when it's time to deliver food.....

Best reward for 2nd dose shot lunch... We chose to come close by our neighborhood after my hubby and I got our 2nd vaccine shot. We wanted Domino's good hot award winning pizza , I just wanted a slice 🍕 to go with the Penne Chicken Alfredo. And a Garden Salad. $25.00 lunch without drinks. The pizza was good crust and all. The Alfredo was loaded with grilled chicken but the noodles was barely covered with Alfredo sauce. So what did I do ??? I added Alfredo sauce and stir fry veggies to complete my meal. Voila it was delicious. *Food For Thought: Make sure you all add enough sauce on the "Penne Alfredo ". It is so appealing on your commercial is why i tried the Alfredo. Sadly mine was a hit and miss.

Did contacless order and when delivered was missing some items. Called the store and they stated "i boxed it and u should have it" basically felt like they were accusing me of lying when i wasnt and the driver clearly stole it. No offer for a refund or anything just poor customer service. Wont be ordering from these thieves again!!!
