Taco Bell

This is the first time I've been to this Taco Bell and it was great! My crunchwrap came out with no tomato like I asked, was hot and fresh and honestly the best one I've ever had. They were out of regular mountain Dew and apologized and quickly offered a substitute of the Baja blast which was perfectly fine with me. There wasn't really a wait time and staff was very kind and courteous. Enjoyed my visit!

Worst drive through experience ever! They will purposely hold you at the order taking speaker just so that they do not trigger their drive through timer. Absolutely trash after dark. Defiantly would not recommend! Go somewhere else after dark. I sat for 20+ minutes in the drive through line in the attached picture…smh

God forbid don't order from them at night. They take 10+ min to accept the order from Ubereats (most likely calling friends saying hey got this order for name "blah blah blah" so they can ask for it at the window and get away with it). Then just let driver after driver come to grab an order they already gave to their friends/family with no care about the costumer who bought that meal and who they had to feed. It was the worse experience and the little boy, yes LITTLE boy who decided to become extremely rude with my driver, use profanities, and get aggressive was just pathetic. We understand that verifying things is just way too hard for most children

So I mived here from Washington State and was glad to see that they had a Taco Bell here in Georgia. My favorite fast food place. The first visit was not good. Order was not right. I brushed it off and tried a second time and the food was cold and again not right. The debut machines were down supposedly to. I tried again last night. Came thru the drive thru and the help was rude and could not enter in my order cirectly. I gave up and just acepted it. I asked for no tomatoes and swear i got double tomatoes. Paid for sour cream on my food and did not get any. No reciept in the bag. I hope you guys can get it together soon. For now though I I have to just leave you establishment alone.

Since I was in Columbus on July 4th, there was a game of was that gun shots or fireworks going on while I was in the line to get to the drive thru speaker to place my order. The crack head begging for money from the people in line really added to the ambience of the place. Came here specifically for a Mexican pizza, but they were sold out. Got a meal with a taco & a quesadilla. The latter had been cooked far enough ahead of time that the cheese was no longer melty or even warm & had hardened to the paper sleeve making it really hard to get into. At least my drink was cold.
