Jim Bob's Chicken Fingers

I requested to have my wings made fresh and what I got was certainly not that. 2 wings were extremely dark. They looked old & refried. But worse than that, one wing had a bunch of feathers in it. So many that it startled me when I picked it up. It was disgusting. Do you guys not wash your chicken or inspect the final product!? This is unacceptable!

Staff & food were good. I was very tired & staff helped guide me through the menu to meet my food allergy needs. Food was quickly brought to my table & was freshly prepared. I wasn’t particularly food of the onion rings but I know they would have tried & given me a replacement had I been willing to complain.

We've eaten at Jim Bobs countless times and have really enjoyed it, however the last few times have been subpar. The onion rings that were really good, have been changed to crunchy, bready, frozen onion rings. The chicken has feathers all over it. And when I called to discuss the issue, the initial young lady answering the call had no response to my statements and simply passed the phone off in silence. The guy I spoke with had good customer service, but everyone else along with the latest food they've been serving need tremendous improving.

Great Mrs. Mary Williams she is a little over 60 at the prime of her life blessed. She is from a different generation and treated us like you want to be treated. Like we and our business matter. I don't believe she ownes the restaurant no doubt she is a keeper She has a genuine smile and a great personality. Provided Great service and made us feel welcome. I'm not knocking the younger generation it's just it's not often you get this level of respect and heart warming experience. The food was good as always my wife and I had a good time. If you get a chance drop in and visit with Mrs. Mary you will smile and feel better and hopefully enjoy your meal and day.

The 🍋 🌶 Wings are delicious. I have ordered the same kind of wings 3x and have enjoyed eating them each time. My wife and kids tried one or two and wanted to trade dishes. Of course, I said no. They have tried other flavored wings with no complaints but only satisfaction. Drive thru is a bit 🐌 🦥 and a time they shorted me a number of wings but that was an easy fix. The dining atmosphere is relaxing. Thank you for the food.

Five stars to the staff working their behinds off. Three stars for wait time in drive thru. One star for the wings that had a rubber-like texture. You would think for a place that had “chicken fingers” in the name itself, the chicken would be unique in taste and fresh in entirety. The taste of the tenders combined with the sauce makes me feel like I’m eating at a generic Raising Cane’s… in my opinion I don’t think their food is worth the price they’re asking for. But I will say, Jim Bob’s has an excellent staff.

My wife really likes this place. She enjoys the fried chicken fingers and house chicken sauce is one of her favorites. She does not like the slaw, so she would rate it 4.5 stars. The vinegar too strong for her. Jim Bob's also does grill chicken which my Mother in law prefers. They also have wraps, chicken wings, salads and burgers so a crowd of folks can find something to eat. I pick this place when meeting friend because the food options and the out door seating. The Columbus location has a covered patio with ceiling fans and about 5 or 6 tables that sit 4 people each.

It's been awhile since eating in at this joint, so I decided to again. The staff is extremely friendly and kind. I also want to mention that it's Christian owned and thats a plus. The food was fresh, hot and extremely delicious! They also do a great job of keeping the place clean. The atmosphere is comfortable and I also like the booths. I will be coming back for more.
