Sonic Drive-in

The food here is great and always fresh and hot. I've yet to get anything cold or not made to expectation. The service is overall good. I'm only giving 4 stars due to the wait I experienced recently. Looks like only 2 people were working so I don't blame them. It was super busy and I think they did the best they could. Food was still good, although my Oreo blast didn't have many oreos. Definitely will be going there more often.

I've been here about 4 different times over the last few months and 1 out of those 4 I didnt have to wait over 10 min in the drive thru. This last time I ordered a hot dog & tater tots and still had to wait over 10min. When I asked the lady why it was taking so long (when she was walking back in from serving the car behind me) I was told all food is made to order, which is great however does it really take 10 min to cook a hot dog & some tater tots? The staff has no sense of urgency!

This is a pretty bad location. Went through the drive-through, they had me pull to the side, food took 25 minutes to come out, with no mention from a single employee that there would be that extreme of a wait. I went to the door twice to ask where the food was, both times met with employees saying they didn't take the order and weren't the cooks so they didn't know. Once the food came, the fries were completely cold and stale, the burger bun was moist and rubbery, I had no utensil to eat my chili tots with, the list keeps going. This location needs either new hires or more efficient training.

Waited 10 minutes after pressing button just to have someone ask me to wait a minute. 10 minutes later, they finally take my order in which I had to repeat three times for the reason that he kept getting my order wrong. I mean, how hard is 4 corndogs, a large mozzarella stick and two pretzel twist? Then they openly request a cash tip....

The last 4 times that I've been there, they have been rude. For example, after each item I ordered her tone asking "are you done" was rude and then the last time (today) when I pulled up she greeted me, I said "need a few moments please" then she said "I need you to hold on" Her tone wasn't the greatest either. After a few min I asked if she was ready for me, no answer. So I waited there for 5 min before I drove off. I waited until her line was down and only one car in front of me at the window. Will avoid this location at all costs now.

Second time visiting this location slightly disappointed this time around. Talked my husband into going since it had been a while, he got burned out on Sonic from back home. When we pulled into the first stall, it wasn't working and no one came out to even tell us or at least put an "out of order" sign. Once we figured out the stall wasn't operational, we went to the drive thru, the girl taking orders was a little slow but that's fine. Food wasn't cooked fresh, in fact it was almost cold, except the cheddar peppers and his chili dogs were a pitiful, Sad excuse for chili cheese coneys.
