Firehouse Subs

Placed on-line order via the Fire House Subs App. No issues w/ the app ordering. Order was scheduled for pickup at 8:25pm. When I arrived at 8:23pm, they were in the middle of making the order. No problem but if I am expected to be there to pick the order up on time, I do expect it to be ready for pickup. Food was good except my daughter found a small black hair on her sub. I told her she's ate worse w/o knowing what she ate. And while I was waiting on my order, I saw an employee vaping in the back room. Not cool!

It was my first time ordering food at Firehouse Subs. However, the experience was quite a letdown. The associate at the counter did not give us too warm of a welcome. Our sandwich orders were missing pickles, there were no veggies on our subs, the wheat bread was rather too dry, and it seemed as though the subs were somewhat too small. Even with small subs, there was not really enough flavor packed into them to justify the price tag. Overall, I am extremely disappointed in my expectations about Firehouse Subs in general. EDIT: After the disappointing experience I had the first time about a couple of years ago, I returned to this location, and I was amazing at the different experience I had with Firehouse Subs. The Hero Sub and the Hook and Ladder subs were plentiful of toppings, there was a lot of meat and cheese, and the wheat bread was very soft and easy to bite into. Definitely a lot of flavor built into the subs, and sure, there was a bit of a wait, but the wait was well worth it! The staff was very friendly and gave us a pleasant experience there. Thank you so much for allowing me to give you guys a second chance. I have had a change of heart and finally would recommend people try out the amazing subs that Firehouse Subs have to offer!

We ordered 6 subs by phone for pickup. The gentleman that took the order was friendly and helpful. Our order was ready on time and was correctly made. I would give 5 stars if they labeled the subs so we didn't have to open everyone's sub and go through each one to see who's it is. Raising this to 5 stars because our subs are now being labeled.

We stopped here to pick up a quick bite to eat. I love that they always welcome you right when you come in the door! I haven't been to this location before but this was a great experience. I got my usual hook and ladder, my girlfriend ordered the engineer. Both subs were made fresh and tasted great. We both giggled as the greeter told us "Have a great day ladies!"

Really good value for money. You can pick the size of the sub you want, depending on how hungry you are and you get to pick and use whichever hot sauce you like. They have a great selection of hot sauces from mildly hot, to really hot. Each bottle is also numbered with its spiciness level to help you quickly choose.
