Cicis Pizza

If I could give it zero stars I would. The WORST experience I have ever had there. It use to be an awesome place to take your kids and the food was good and place was clean. It has went downhill so much!!!! There were more than enough workers there last night, but yet dirty plates and food all over tables. Floors were disgusting! Had a mop bucket just chilling in the middle of one of the aisles. It was disgusting!!!! Will not be going back ever again. Very disappointed in you Cici’s.

Unbelievable! Filthy, pasta and sauce had been sitting out so long it had hardened into what looked like congealed blood. No silverware and when we asked for some the girl at the register said she couldn't help us that there was none and there were only a few customers. None of the employees handling and touching food had plastic gloves on or hair nets. Absolutely sickening. We had to get up and leave due to the nausea and frustration. Girl was giving some customers water cups that they were filling with soft drinks for free.

Very short staffed. However, don't request a special pizza. You will wait for 30 mins or longer. I asked for a Chicken Alfredo pizza and requested it 3 times. No Cashier. The staff was rotating. We stood at the door waiting for quite a few mins. We arrived at 7:20pm. Be very patient grab a snack before you bring the family. It is Monday Night. April 4, 2022.

First time trying a Cici’s. It was decent. Obviously food is all average to below average. I didn’t like how the staff member swiping my card upcharged me and made me pay for a fountain drink that I did not ask for. I was a little annoyed paying the extra few bucks for that when I didn’t want anything. The pizza itself was fresh. My favorite items there were their Buffalo chicken pizza, cheesy bread, and cinnamon rolls. I asked them to make some pizzas but they never did. Overall, would I try this chain again? Probably not.

Food was great, when it was available. Fresh out of the oven because the place was quite busy. Only had 3 people working that we could see. By the time we left there was 3 tables that were empty. As in a handful of diners and the rest of the tables needed cleared. Management needs to hire more employees or do something about staffing. Overall not a bad experience for us. Probably less than desirable for customers that got there as we were leaving.

I visited with my 6 year old on 1/15/2022. It was the worst visit ever and I will not be back. The service was awful. There were no clean plates, no lids for drinks, no forks and the floor was filthy. The person making the pizza took forever to make each pizza and there was never enough pizza on the bar. Other people had to ask 3 times for a deep dish pepperoni pizza and never got it. I asked for the zesty ham and Cheddar pizza and they never made one. All they made was cheese pizza and regular pepperoni pizza over and over. This was at 6:30pm and a party was leaving at that time. It is obvious they could not handle a party. One of the workers had to tell the guy cleaning that she needed some plates and he brought out exactly 10 plates. The floor had not been swept all day and was disgusting. This place used to be great 3 years ago but now it is trash and everybody needs to be replaced. Horrible.

The staff was friendly, but there didn't seem to be enough people working. The cashiers undercharged us both times we went. The restroom appeared clean. Cold and hot bar items were mostly fresh and at the right temperature. The napkin dispensers were empty, and tables in the dining area needed to and cleaned. Overall a good dining experience.

These two men alone running a place during rush hour was awesome. One man was demanding special pizza and they said it would be few minutes. Guy went off saying we can't help it because you don't have it together. How rude every business is short staff now days. GET OVER YOURSELF 🙄. BE NICE OR YOU MAY END UP WITH NO FOOD PLACE OPEN. These men were doing their best!
