Love love love the Unwich. TheGgargantuan Unwich. The order can be placed online, unfortunately the dining room is closed and all pick ups must be done through the drive through (Covid staffing issues). Nonetheless, ordering online and picking up in the drive through is fairly quick particularly when ordering online. If looking forward to the dining room opening again, though.

Ordered two slims 1 today at 12:41 and when I got back to work (Williams rd) I went to eat and they gave me roast beef not ham on both sandwiches. If I liked roast beef this wouldn’t be an issue but because I don’t I’m sitting here with no lunch to eat. I’ve called multiple times to see if they can correct my order but apparently they are having phone issues.

Ordered the original sub sandwich/#5 Vito and a bag of jalapeño chips! It was really good and flavorful, you also have to order any sauce you want on your sub FYI!

Workers inside could not have appeared less interested in moving with any level of speed. This is not a freaky fast location. Employee too busy hanging out and chatting to focus on making the sandwiches correctly. Had next to no lettuce or peppers on my spicy east coast Italian. Did a pickup order, they waited till we pulled to drive through window to start on it. Had at least 15 minutes of time from submittal of order to when we showed up to drive through window

Did another order. Driver was very nice; however, once again, my order is wrong. Asked for mustard and pickles, but they didn't make it onto the sub. C'mon.
Most of the meat and toppings are falling off the sandwich and they couldn't even be bothered to slice it in half. Sloppy work. Please tell your delivery drivers to call to let people know their food has arrived.

I always order the same thing every time I go but lately they have not made my sandwich the way I ask maybe because they have new employees I don’t know but I wish I can just get my sandwich made the way I ask ……. But over all great and fresh ingredients

I just called to get closing time. Employee put the phone down to see when they would be closing, picked the phone back up and said they are already closed. Google says the restaurant is still open. Hours on Google need to be updated, and all employees should be aware of opening and closing times.

Jimmy John’s is a pre-made sandwich it’s not gourmet food and changes equals charges. Food is not seasoned so therefore taste basic. I think subway is better, personally.
