My daughter and I have ordered from here twice in the last week and the service and quality has been phenomenal! Best pizza and service in Columbus! I hope that it continuess to be so great as i havevhad Bad experiences at other pizza. Places here in Columbus but the 1st or 2nd orders have been fine then the service and food is horrible!!!! I am pleased our pizzas have come to so us Super Hot and just how we wanted them.

This location has got me back to living Domino's. It had been years since I last ordered from any Domino's. After the Pizza Hut across the street totally FUBAR'd several orders and "lost" my rewards points, I gave this store a chance. Great deliveries, food is accurate and fresh. You have my loyalty!
Short staffed, busy as heck. Yet not one of them were complaining. They all dug in and did their jobs like champions. And didn't sacrifice quality. My pie was perfect.

I order from here ALL the time! No major issues, they are always quick and friendly! Brandi is my #1 favorite tho, she not only usually always makes my food AND delivers it, but tonight she Picasso cut my pizza and it made me so beyond happy!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH BRANDI YOU ARE THE BEST!!!
The staff always been polite and helpful. The delivery staff are amazing. The food is great. And the couple times there were order mix ups the fixed it right away. Very pleased with this location
We haven't had Domino's in a very long time. We've been seeing their commercials for 3 toppings for $7.99 I gotta say they did our order correctly, the service was on point helpful, polite and professional! We had pepperoni, sausage and extra cheese on a Brooklyn style crust. We did carry out, are pizza was hot, fresh and with ample toppings. Very happy with our experience today 😋
They did a good job for me today, so I'll be back soon. I ordered a large, thin crust, pepperoni, banana pepper, extra cheese, extra sauce, and that's exactly what I got, it was a really good pizza too. I used the phone app to place the order, after customizing my pizza the cost came up to something like $17.99, but then I applied the coupon (in the phone app) for a large pick-up 3-item pizza for $7.99, and that's all I paid, $7.99. The phone app does a good job of letting you know the status of your pie too, which is very nice. I haven't been a big fan of Domino's over the years, but they sure did a good job today, and at a very low price for a 3-item large pizza, and the pizza was really good too.
It's hard to leave a bad review because they were so nice and polite. However, I had to mention the fact that the boneless were so small. Five had a regular size and three were half the size of the other ones. Both orders were the same. Also, pepperoni pizza with jalapenos only came with pepperoni. No jalapenos. I seek no compensation. Just letting them know so they pay more attention for next time. Your customer service was on point!! Incredible
Domino’s has really improved from what it was years ago! I was very impressed when I tried it again after so many years. Now it’s my go-to pizza place when it’s pizza night. The price is fair and it’s always ready in about 10-15 minutes. The staff is always friendly and they definitely know how to make a good pie.
Always fast. Always have everything you ordered. Had one instance where something was forgotten. Driver was back 15 mins later with missing order. Did not even have to call. Only reason not 5 star is because not the most godly pizza I have ever eaten. The service is where it's at!
