Bojangles'

Staff was very friendly and they do practice social distancing. The dining hours have been adjusted. There was only one other person doing inside dining. However, the drive through was more busy. There is handicap parking with a ramp. Mother had a ham biscuit which she loved. I had a chicken combo. Chicken was OK but the fries were cold and to salty. Only Pepsi products are offered. Pink lemonade was the only caffeine free soda.

I've been to this place for years, and they always been the place to get good chicken. However, with the Pandemic going on and such, their dine in option is not always on. I understand that, but if they're dining room is closed, they should have a big sign that shows that. They got the dining room checked green on Google Maps, and they're doors are locked. Honestly, they gotta make up their minds.

Went to get breakfast here this morning, because I haven’t had it in a while. Customer service with the store manager and district manager, was very unprofessional, disrespectful and rude. I ordered a Cajun chicken and egg and bo-rounds! I had to go back because my Bo- rounds was oily and old…. Yes they gave me some fresh ones ( Thank you) so I went to open my food to eat WELL my eggs was sitting in a box of grease from the chicken guess. So I went back, instead of holding their line up, I called ask to speak with a manger… she was the one that answered. I ask can she come out so I can speak with her about my food. I wasn’t rude or anything SHE WENT OFF ON ME AS IF I WAS BEING DISRESPECTFUL!!! I was very humbled about the situation, she let me know she wasn’t coming outside to talk with me personally and hung up on me. I went to the drive through, my wife then talk with the district manager and she also was rude….. so I’ll never return here again and corporate will be hearing from me in the morning!!!!!!

Today I went to the drive-thru with my 4 children. The young lady taking my order sounded tired and miserable from the beginning. She started to get frustrated because this was my children's first time coming to Bojangles so they were asking too many questions apparently. Every time I would tell her what I wanted, she would tell me the final amount and said next window, really rushed like. I had to keep telling her I wasn't done ordering. She got an attitude because I wasn't finished. So I asked her if she was ok and she said "Are YOU OK??" I said oh heck naw, we're not eating here. I passed the check out window and she was looking mad, hot and frustrated. I asked her where the manger was. The manager stuck her head out the window and she had an attitude as well. It was like mother and daughter with attitudes or something. I told the manager and the girl taking the order that they had horrible customer service and that I would be reporting them. They both started getting hyped up saying things I couldn't understand. I just drove off after that. I wont be going back there anytime soon. Probably never.

The customer service here was outstanding! I was greeted when I walked through the front doors. All of the staff was extremely friendly. The food was hot and delicious. The fries were seasoned very well. They had some Halloween decorations throughout the place. It was also really clean. I will be coming back to this location.

Me and my mother went through the drive thru and everything was fine until this young female went to take my money and i was not far from the window at all . so I reached out as far as I could through my window to hand this lady my money and she didn't even try to reach for the money at all like her arm was broken or something ...she never actually stuck her hand out the window at all so that tells you how far I myself had to reach because her not even trying to grab it. Once again I was not far from the window but I asked her if she could try to at least make some effort and at least reach for the money and she said NO all rude like I was so far from the window or something. I've worked in fastfood for 15 yrs I know when a person is rude and don't even want to work and be at there place of work. So if you don't want to work don't work because you need to learn some customer service also My total was like $4.51 and we gave them $20.51 and my change should have been $16. They gave us $15 and some change . Not that it was a big deal BUT if anyone ever goes you need to make sure you receive the correct change back. Someone needs to pay more attention with their money.

Just plain Terrible service. This location is the absolute worst. Order is almost never correct, but they get mad at you for their own mistakes. I've been helping run a restaurant for 7 years. If any of my employees acted like this they would be fired on the spot. If you don't have customer service skills, Don't Work In Customer Service!!! I will never return to this location and I'd advise anyone to do the same.
