They food was good but the manager was rude. There was no reason for him to be so snappy with the employees! He acted liked we were doing him a favor to eat there! We will not stop at this location again!

I proceeded my order thru the drive thru. I got all of my order except my drink. I called and she said I can get it later. Nice people also

Good food hot and fresh. I placed a to go order and for some reason didn't look at it. That's unusual at Captain D's. However the only complaint I had was the hush puppies were overcooked. To the point of my not being able to eat them. The only black mark on our orders. Still a good simple meal.

Hot and fresh with excellent customer service. Anytime we are in the area we will stop back by and eat. Best Captain D's we've eaten at in a long time, hats off to the whole crew.

I just left from here and ordered a fish and fries with butterfly shrimp. And I must say this is by far the worst food I have every had from Captain d's. The fish tasted extremely funny and the shrimp was not good. Plus the food wasnt even hot. And to think I drove all the way from steam mill rd just to come to this location. Never again. I was craving fish so bad and now my appetite ruin. Threw the whole damn plate in the dumpster. A waste of $6.13

First off I should have went with my first instinct and leave, because of the smell (to me smelt like rats) then the service, we didn't get our drinks til 5 minutes AFTER we got our food. Fish looked raw, I didn't get one of my sides, tray for the food was dirty and the only thing good about this restaurant is the sweet tea.

Cashier was very rude. I have great customer service so I expect the same. Also food I was given was very hard. I would think people would know not to get loud with customer. Cashier was very rude and spoke to me in slow a high pitch voice like something was wrong with me. It’s not my fault if you don’t like your job. You have to be professional at all time. Even the manger was rude. I was very disappointed that they were okay with treating me and my elderly father that way.
