Such a cool place and amazing food. The caipirinha is top notch. Always amazing service and parking garage right next door. I love the cilantro sauce so much I buy some to take home.

We went for happy hour and tried the Papa Criolla and the Tequenos for $5 each. The potatoes were very good but the tequenos were to die for (think a mozzarella stick but with a very soft, flaky dough and the cheese is just perfectly cooked). The lomo saltado and chilaquiles for about $18 each were also both tasty and plenty of food. The South American fare is high quality and not at all similar to the regular Mexican style restaurant you might be used to. I recommend asking for both mild and spicy cilantro sauce... both were good, but I needed a water and the mild to cool my mouth down from the other spicy sauces with the food.

Tasty food, a lovely patio, $5 happy hour margaritas and sangria. However, Parking isn't the most convenient.

Great atmosphere and food!! Crab cakes and plantains were delicious. I wish there was better parking but that's a City of Columbus issue. I will definitely be back to try other menu items.

I remember when Arepazo was just a hole in the wall in N Pearl St, downtown Cols. Then they opened this one in S High and another one in Gahanna. Sadly, Gahanna has closed. They have a great tasting cilantro sauce as a side condiment in their dishes, which they sell separately. Favorites are the fish tacos and the lomo saltado. For now, we tried their empanaditas and their crab cake entree. Both highly recommended!

There are tons of good-looking South American dishes on the menu here. I tried the shredded chicken arepa -- every component had good flavor. The side of plantains came in a large portion and were exactly what I'd want: crispy edges, golden, and sweet. Their cilantro sauce can probably go with anything on the menu. The spicy version pairs perfectly with sweet plantains, but I wouldn't recommend it if you have low spice tolerance. The place is really spacious inside and can seat about 30 on the patio (with umbrellas, too). I'm more than happy to come back and dive deeper into the menu here. Ordering ahead online is a quick and convenient added perk!

Our waitress was super sweet and was on top of everything. The drinks were very well made, and I had the best fish tacos I have ever had. The Cilantro sauce was so good I wanted to buy the bottle. Food was on the pricey side tho

A nice discovery.
I didn’t know this places existed and I was a little skeptical at the beginning. However, when I went there everything changed my mind. The place is spacious and the environment is pretty characteristic (close to the South American style).
Food was delicious. We tried a lot of different things (papas, picada, Peruvian lomo saltado, chimichurri, etc.) and everything was tasteful and very enjoyable. Also the drinks were very good.
Service was great and price are on the average.
For sure it’s a place to try and enjoy.

First time in, ordered 3 apps, Papas Crollas very good. Empanadas very good! All the food came out HOT, that in itself is worth its weight in gold. The tostones and guacamole well that fell short comparatively. The tostones were very dark inside for what fresh tostones should be and the guacamole you was a little grayish. The flavor was good just a minute in the air to long. Over all will be back was good

Pretty good Latin American restaurant near German Village. The restaurant caught our attention because of the “tapas” in the title but the food isn’t served in traditional tapas style with small dishes. Nevertheless it was still delicious - we enjoyed the Venezuelan beef arepas (not pictured), the Picada, and some large margaritas in Schooner glasses. They aren’t joking when they say the Picada is meant for 3-4 people - it’s huge! You can’t go wrong ordering this appetizer as an entree for two people. The margarita was very refreshing. I appreciated how attentive/friendly the staff were and how spacious the restaurant is (quick seating!). Overall I’d like to come back to try other things on the menu.
