Taco Bell

I like Taco Bell but the one in Marianna, Florida is a constant disappointment. This time they tried to give the drink that I ordered to the guy in front of me at the drive thru. When I got to the window, I asked for a fresh drink so I didn't get the one that someone else had already put their hands on and they said that they threw that one away....but who knows. And I took a picture of how my churros look. Maybe it will be better next time. I'll let you know.

I had a great experience here. The workers were quick in getting my food ready. The food was fresh and sealed in a bag (on sticker was placed on my bag to keep the bag closed) and it was kept warm until I could eat it. The workers were also friendly and did a great job repeating my order and getting my food order correct....best Taco Bell drive thru experience ever and I've been around a long time and have been through many Taco Bells.

This place was great. They moved to a different location up the road, and it is terrible. They have messed up every order I've ever made. Not just a slip up on one item, but multiple. The location up the road is absolutely terrible. For those considering a different location, the Taco Bell on Buena Vista has given multiple family members food poisioning.

Alright.... So.... This Taco Bell is super inconsistent. The one thing that is consistent is the abnormally long wait even when there are very few customers. The food is hit or miss. During the day it is usually up to par. At night 7/10 times your order is incorrect, they are out of something you ordered or they forget something on top of the normal long wait. Tonight on the other hand the food was good, they were relatively quick and the drive thru attendant was amazing.

I love Taco Bell, but this location is the worst I've ever seen. They made me wait 10 minutes in the drive thru before taking my order, then took half my order, then made me wait 5 more minutes to finish taking the rest of my order. When I did get it, the food was undercooked, thrown in the bag, and half my order was not even there. The people are rude. They are the closest one to me, so I gave them more than one chance to get things right, but they always screw up. They are not worth going to at all. From now on, I will drive the extra drive time for the better service.

I would like to say that I do not normally like or go to Taco Bell for myself but my family loves it. Recently on a trip to my son's graduation we stopped at your location for lunch and we were beyond pleasantly surprised. We were 10 people and the employee who took our order was very thorough and we got our order 100% correct the first time. Also the quality and quantity of the food was amazing. We normally have to go back and get something corrected and the food is barely there. Thank you for helping me to believe that not every fast food is the same--bad service, not so great food.
