Starbucks

I’m over Starbucks at this point. This is a 6$ drink. I know I asked for light ice, but I watched the barista double scoop the ice, not sure if it was mine, and then she didn’t even fill the cup with oatmilk. This is a grande! I also ordered this 10 minutes prior, still had to wait for it to be made, so I no time to try to get their attention to fix my drink. I used to be a barista. This ridiculous. If I saw that someone didn’t ask for room and my drink looked off, I would’ve added more milk. COME ON!

I went through the drive threw, I was very polite and nice. I asked for a venti white chocolate mocha latte hot with 2 extra espresso shots, they tried to give me a large caramel iced machiato. I told them politely I did not order that. Then wanted to correct me saying mocha is not chocolate, when mocha literally means chocolate. So they said they would remake it , I got the hot machiato, I didn't get no espresso shots at all that I paid for and no espresso in it as it should have 3 already , For 8 dollars I got a basic coffee. The order taker was very rude . They also gave me a counterfit 1 dollar bill. But by the end of it I was just ready to go. For the price of coffee I expect to get what I pay for . Highly dissatisfied. I tried to call before I wrote a review but the phone is off the hook. I also never recieved my reciept. It's a good thing bc I would be calling corporate. Things to keep in mind , when everything is already high-priced, getting a coffee is a treat and couldn't even enjoy that. I would not recommend this Starbucks to anyone.

Takes forever for this location to acknowledge people who walk through the door. Usually at a busy Starbucks they say "Well be with you as soon as possible" or something to that effect. People don't like when you look them in the eyes over and over again without a single word while waiting to be attended. Atleast greet them and let them know you aren't ignoring them

Pretty weird experience I had here. We were the only ones in line and we tried to have our regular order per person. Three people, so we had three orders. I've never had an issue with it before at starbucks or any restaurant. The guy said only two orders per car. So we circled around and got our third. I might have understood if it was a huge line, but it was just us. On top of that they didn't present the drinks to standard. They just threw them together without any presentation standards. Sad to see GA starbucks lacking, you don't see that in Washington.

I absolutely LOVE Starbucks, but there seems to be an issue every time I go to this one in particular. I prefer the one on Veterans (they're awesome!!), but sometimes I settle for this one because it's up the road from my school. A month or so ago, I went to get a vanilla bean cream Frappuccino. Their Frappuccino machine was down. Ok, no big deal. But I went back a couple of days later for the same drink. The machine was fixed, but they were out of the vanilla needed to make the drink. Ok again, I ordered a different one. Went back again, I ordered the vanilla bean cream Frappuccino. The barista waits until I get to the window ready to pay, to tell me they're, once again, out of the vanilla. At this point, I'm annoyed. That's when I started going to the one on Veterans. So after like 2 months, I went back (today). While I'm trying to order, the girl at the window had a dry attitude and kept cutting me off. It's like she was rushing me. I asked her if they had some of the egg bites, she cut me off and said "Yeah, anything else?" Just being rude. Then when I got to the window, I used my phone to scan and pay. After she scans my phone, she just sits there waiting on me to hand her money. I told her I had already paid when she scanned my phone, she goes, "Oh yeah!!" Then proceeds to hand me the wrong drink. I handed her the drink back and she closes the window and turns her back to me. Once she hands me the right drink and egg bites, she again closes the window and turns her back to me. No have a good day or nothing. She was so busy laughing and giggling (I guess flirting) with the guy in there, her customer service sucked. I won't be going back, I rather drive the extra miles for Veterans.
