Ordered 2 eggs, with hashbrown and coffee. It had like a vintage diner vibe. The staff was cool and friendly. The food was amazing, just the hashbrown needed more crispiness and cooking, it felt like under cooked. Overall, it's definitely a worth visit for breakfast, if you're not looking for something fancy or high end stuff.
The morning shift staff here is absolutely fantastic. Nicole runs a tight ship full of friendly team members like Melissa, Jill, Jasmine, Maya, and several others who genuinely care about their regular customers. Derek scrambles the best eggs in the city, and the t-bones are perfectly cooked every single time.
Great spot for breakfast or lunch any day of the week!
Our server had to be reminded to bring our drinks and silverware, but he was super friendly and gave us some recommendations for things to do in Columbus. The server who came in to replace him and served the other tables was also super friendly. The food wasn’t out of this world (and one of my sides was messed up), but for the price you get a good amount of food and the quality is pretty good. The atmosphere is pretty different from most restaurants with the kitchen being in the dining room, but I personally liked that aspect.
That have their process down like no other! They greet every customer that walks in, service is fast and food is just as good as good as you would expect. Easy to order, quick to serve and you are out the door. Ita fascinating watching each person with a specific role that just cooks and moves the food through.
Dated free standing establishment. Plenty of parking , enough for the size of the building and the customer it is allowed to hold. Not very clean or organized. Our server was phenomenal, professional, pleasant. She made our experience nice considering the food was not quite up to par. She made it right. Place was very busy. Manager shut down dining area (we were last served) and wouldn't allow others to dine in, just carry out and scolded customers to wait outside. She was loud, rude and mean, very unprofessional. We were trying to have a pleasant breakfast after church service. I enjoy Waffle Houses for some reason and is normally a great experience but that morning was challenging to enjoy due to managers conduct. She was not rude to us directly, but nonetheless, we didnt care how she talked down to other customers and especially her staff. She was mad and frustrated while holding the chain blocking off dining area. We were impressed by our server, she kept her composure and remained calm and pleasant. Manager needs to take lessons from our server on great customer service. Our visit was good till the manager, made the experience an unpleasant, upsetting and disappointing one. We sympathized for the rest off the staff, servers and cooks of her inappropriate behavior. Food was good for the most part. Server, excellent. Cooking staff, wonderful. Manager on duty, horrifically upsetting. I do still recommend coming in to dine regardless of our experience that day. The pleasant staff will do you well and hope that manager doesnt bdhave the way she did with you. Bon appetit and Godspeed everyone.
Have you had days that opening the fridge to ponder what sounds good for breakfast finds you standing there hanging from the door for a minute or two? I'm like that a lot! And with mainly being the only cook in the house, frankly, I don't feel like it! Luckily, less than 5 minutes from the house is this awesome Waffle House. ALWAYS greeted with a "Hello" and friendly service. I call my order in and in 15 minutes I'm eating a fresh made-to-order meal that I didn't have to cook! You know what? As I write this post, I think I'll stop by in the morning to grab my favorite All-Star ☆ breakfast meal on the way to work!
Believe it or not, this was my first ever visit to any WH. It will not be my last. I'm totally hooked now. The food here was EXCELLENT! The service was equally good.
I'm giving it 5 stars, but if Google allowed half ratings I would take off a half point for the one negative. It's absolutely STUPID how cold they keep it in here. We were freezing. Do not go here without a jacket or at least a long sleeve shirt. You might be cold in shorts too. It's unnecessary to keep the temp that low, and it's a huge waste of money.
Still love the food and service though.
came here for my boyfriends first ever waho experience and they did not let us down. our server was a kind young man, I wish I got his name, but he deserves a raise!!! thank yall so much!
New to the neighborhood, been here twice. Both times our service was excellent, food was perfect and the vibe was great.
The server was nice. The food came out fast for being so busy, and it was super tasty. It was a little loud because it was prime time for breakfast, and this store is by a freeway and a few hotels. However it really wasn't a big deal.
