Four months ago it took our food more than two hours to arrive. We switched to Papa John’s. Tonight we thought we’d try again because we like the chocolate volcano dessert. Placed the order at 7:30 and the food arrived at 10:30. I tried calling twice to cancel the order but was in the queue for 15 minutes. The food was soggy and room temperature. I am not ordering Domino’s again.

Online ordering was easy. When I arrived to pick up my order at the scheduled time, I was told me it would be another 5-10 minutes. As I was waiting, I heard them telling every person who came in that it would be another 5-10 minutes. After waiting for 30 minutes, I asked how much longer and was told it was coming up in 5-10 minutes. I stated that I was told that 30 minutes ago and at this point, I just need my money back so I can go. After waiting another few minutes, I was given my order. I didn’t receive an apology or anything for my long wait. I received my pizza about an hour after ordering, I could’ve received it quicker with delivery at other pizza places! I really like Domino’s but I will not be returning!

Their pizza is good but their promises aren't. Their out the door promise in 2 minutes doesn't get met at meal times. And then they say they'll give you a free pizza with your next order, but what you get is 60 points on their rewards plan which is a hassle to claim and don't show up til 24 to 48 hours on a plan you have to set up. No free lunch at Dominos.

I like dominos for the gluten free option, and I usually create what could be an amazing buffalo chicken spinach pizza, but dominos seems to forget the hot sauce that I pay for 80% of the time, and when they do remember to put the hot sauce on, they nefariously drench it in hot sauce, all the while only having a piece of chicken per slice and burnt crust. Here are a few pictures of the evil doing from someone who obviously was spiteful of customers that give this company their hard earned money.

They forgot sauce on the pizzas and the sandwiches were turning to crumbs dry, over cooked and there was little to NO meat on some of them. They also took an additional 25 minutes to bring out our food.

Worst experience ever! Manager is a liar! We waited for our delivery for an hour and half finally called and was told our order was canceled! Mr Perez stated that he called us to tell us they canceled our order but we received no call and no voicemail. But they charged us and told us it could take up to 5 days to refund! What a joke!

I ordered a bacon ham and pineapple with extra cheese pizza The bacon was thrown in one spot on the pizza and I don't know where the extra cheese was. I also ordered a beef mushroom and bacon pizza with extra cheese. Again don't know where the extra cheese was. But they charge your buck and a half for it. The beef and bacon pizza was greasy as heck. The box was soaked in grease.

Please like our reviews. Wheelchair accessible. Several employees offered to help me the moment we stepped in the door. Sonya was the one who helped me finalize payment. She was extremely efficient, polite, and friendly. Another staff had ordered Chinese takeout. Just as we were leaving we witnessed an employee recieve her Chinese takeout bag and set it right in the middle of the metal rack where our pizzas were made. I really really wanted to give 5 stars because everyone was working so diligently except for the employee who was introducing food containers from another restaurant into the cleanest area of this one. She was oblivious to all of the customers sitting there watching as she heated up her food in the pizza oven and then was sipping her drink in the food prep area as well. My husband and I were baffled. Maybe this is a rare occurence but a takeout bag which passed hands several times and rode in someone's car should never be set in a food prep area. Our kids love the observation glass so we can watch the entire pizza making process. We were not so excited this time but hopefully in the future, employees will be a little more conscientious of who is observing and be a little more cautious with the prep area.Everything else was great. Kids were so happy. Thank you Sonya and others who made this a great experience!
