Outback Steakhouse

Great dining experience at this location. The Servers were attentive and provided excellent customer service. Kudos to the Chef's; our meals were cooked to perfection, fresh salads and the potato soup is delicious. We went on a Sunday and it was not overly crowded; comfortable atmosphere. Will be a returning customer.

Was excited for a lab Outback to finally come to Columbus. We were severely disappointed. The only stars earned were because the waitress was punctual and super friendly. The atmosphere was good as well. We ordered a blooming onion extremely greasy and soggy. The chicken strips were cooked to death and dry. The fries were very dark in color as well as the chicken letting me know the grease has to be old. My husbands cheeseburger was cooked to death to the point it was charred on the edges. He couldn’t even eat it because of the burnt taste.

Food was great, but the service was even better! Bella was an amazing server! We will definitely come back because the service we received was so good! It was probably the best I’ve received at any Outback ever! I used to eat at Outbacks regularly, but I haven’t been to an Outback in years. I decided to go here tonight and it was great! We put our name in online about 2 hours ahead of time and our table was ready shortly after we arrived. Bella was awesome and kept us supplied with fresh bread and our drinks full until our food came out. The food was great as well.

The service was ok but the food was worse, we went at almost 3pm but had to wait until 4pm because they said they didn't have the staff to wait on us and it was 4 adults and 5 children. So we waited, were seated and were in that place for nearly 3 hrs! They should've paid us for being there so long, I had to ask for the manager "Gump" who wasn't any help at all about our food because people around us had order and gotten their food and we were still just sitting there. They finally got the food out and the food was cold, all but the fried food which was chicken tenders and fries so my brothers steak & ribs, my, my shrimp on the barbie was cold 🥶 I mean my food was so cold their already melted butter wouldn't melt on my broccoli 🤨, our waitress disappeared so I waited and looked for her for about 10min until I just grabbed someone else. Finally sent the food back with someone in a purple chef coat who said she's bring me a salad while I waited on my food to be recooked that I NEvER received. Then they brought me out boiled shrimp... not shrimp cooked over an open fire! 😩 shown in pics below. Needless to say I was less that impressed and will not be returning anytime soon. You then tell me to reach out to you when I already have... TWICE! On your own website via the link below and Twitter! I came in on a Monday with fairly low expectations but this staff was fantastic. My girlfriend and I had a tremendous experience from start to finish. Food was excellent, the old fashioned I got was outstanding. The steaks were juicy and cooked properly. Highly recommend this stop especially if you get Leslie as a waitress.

Fantastic dinner/date night at the new and improved Outback location. All of the staff was wonderful to us. Food was excellent. Seriously the best steak we’ve had in a while. Our server Kaniya was an angel. She was so attentive and kind; we absolutely adored her. Could not have asked for a better experience. And we will certainly be back soon!
