of all the places to Still not let customers in this is the worst. I like to come in and see what's available rather than ask and be told we don't have any ready.My son wanted to go because he was graduating. Unbeknownst to us, they were having a glad special. The line was crazy and because several of us tried to go in first, the line was next to the building and new customers had to go down and turn around to get in line. Many left. They eventually started passing them out the back door to keep the line moving.

Placed an order for delivery, two dozen donuts and two three packs. The two dozen I was planning on taking into work in the morning but the two three packs were the only ones delivered. One of the select your own wasn’t even correct. $40 for 6 donuts. Don’t even bother trying to call to address the issue as they won’t answer the phones. Take your money elsewhere.

This establishment is frequently not open at the scheduled time. The dining room is closed since the start of the pandemic. The drive-through usually processes one car every 7 for 8 minutes. Today I was told after waiting 15 minutes at the drive-through but they would not have donuts for another half hour. The donuts are tiny and overpriced and the help is frequently rude. Thankfully there is a Tim Horton's only a quarter mile to the East.. They will be getting my business from now on. I have given Krispy kreme my last try.

Tried to order 4 dozen doughnuts at 8:30am. They said they could do 2 because they “are running out of doughnuts.” No apology. They gave me my 2 dozen and closed the window. Had to get their attention to ask for a receipt. She seemed annoyed. Will try something else next time.

Ordered on the app. Selected create your own and was given a random assortment which. The create your own is more expensive. Donuts were terrible. Terrible customer service will plan better to go to another donut shop.

I ordered a dozen strawberry glaze donuts online. I went to the restaurant to pick up my order. I was disappointed because there was barely any strawberry glaze on the donuts. And, there were sprinkles on some of them, which I didn't ask for. I won't be visiting this location anymore.

The location on Broad Street was out of most of the doughnuts I wanted and had a limited selection. You would think a store that specializes in Doughnuts would offer a wider selection of Doughnuts than what Krispy Kreme offers. I was really disappointed in their selections...not to mention, they skimp on the filling.

Completely absurd that they are out of plain donuts out of donut holes out of their featured donut so I ordered a different one and they didn't even put glaze on it. 25 minutes at a drive-through line because their lobby isn't open... this place Should be closed for good it is a disappointment to the name
