B Merrell's

First time here. Had hot wings, Parmesan garlic wings, steak fries and Reuben. The best thing there were the fries. Wings were overcooked, extra extra crispy which makes the meat dry. Plenty of blue cheese dressing as you can see on the side with huge chunks of blue cheese, which I like but some may not. Hot wings were spicy enough for me but if you like super hot, these ain't for you. Garlic parmesan wings weren't good. Reuben was okay. Customer service was good, tables were packed pretty close, so someone is constantly walking by or around you which is kinda annoying. Spent $40 before tip and only water to drink, definitely would say this is overpriced diner food, although I have had some really good diner food before.

We were there with about 15 people in our party. The sever was wonderful! We were not his only table and he kept up with everything.The food was delicious. All orders were correct and hot when the were served. Drinks were fill in a timely manner. Team work was fantastic and the manager was very pleasant! My first time there and I will definitely become a repeat diner.

Aye!!!!!! . Our server, his name is Cuba, is hands down the best server we have had. He stepped in and admonished the host coworkers that were not giving us the service we deserved. Cuba was engaging, on top of our needs, and genuine with making sure we had a great experience! Thank you Cuba for a great night. My family and I had a blast at dinner last Friday night. We will definitely be back.

The manager was super nice, I walked in and waited my turn at the customer service counter ..when I arrived there were 3 young children trying to get quarters..the lady behind the counter was getting frustrated and rude with the CHILDREN..none of the kids could've been older than 10...she was scoffing and rolling her eyes at the children, the children didn't understand how they wanted the money broken up, and the lady behind the counter couldn't have cared any less than she already did. Not sure how the manager handled that one after the fact, but they're children do better as a young lady and be more understanding with children.

Short staffed. Was 2nd choice, but Cheddars had a 2 hour wait. Late afternoon Sat. Somewhat crowded but 10 min wait. F9od very good, especially chicken pot pie . But took a while to get drinks and orders. Food took well over hour. Server friendly and considering shortages, attentive. Will give them another try.
