Texas Roadhouse

It’s a good restaurant and I think it’s famous for delicious steak. It was really tasty and fresh. But it seems they haven’t been able to manage many customers. The service could have been better, if they would train the waitresses/waiters to clean the restaurant from messiness and a better customer service. Four stars for the food, and only two for the service. 3 stars overall!

The food was great. We had to wait because I don't think they were fully staffed but the food was good and hot and our waitress was amazing. It was 8 of us and she served us fast and efficiently, I ordered steak tips medium and they were absolutely perfect 🥰 just the way they were supposed to be! Plus the rolls were fresh and hot!! Yyyuuuuum!!!

Had about a 30 min wait to be seated, it was busy but of course on a Saturday night it was going to be. Anyways our waitress was amazing, even tho we didn't get any bread but we didn't really need it the food came out quickly. I got the chicken strips with fries and a house salad, my husband got the steak and shrimp with Mac and cheese and a house salad. The Mac and cheese looked like it was microwaved and it was just some kraft Mac and cheese which was fine. Husband said the steak was delicious and so was the shrimp! My chicken tenders were really good too. We also got the combo appetizer. It was boneless bufflo mild wings the snakebites and potato wedges, all of that was yummy. Over all had a good meal. We will be back next time we come to Columbus!

My parents took me out for my birthday and we decided to eat here. My parents come here all the time and today was my first. We were told the wait would be 15 minutes. We only waited for 5 minutes. The atmosphere was relaxing and the booths were comfortable. The bread service is great. The rolls are extremely delicious. They come with soft cinnamon butter that is easy to spread. All the food we got was outstanding! Everything had great flavor. My steak was so good that I didn't even need any sauce. Our waitress extremely nice and kind. I will definitely be coming back for more.

I tried something different Beef Tips. It was okay but I will not order it again. I am not a Steak eater but my partner is.. The waitress was awful I steady more deducted a dollar every time she ignored us. If you want a tip from me you got to earn it. The salad and the Chili was very good to me. Had to wait 39 minutes to be seated.

We generally tend to stay out of chain restaurants, and when we do go, I usually won't leave a review. However, after searching for months and eating at every steak place we could find in search of the best locally. I was more than pleasantly surprised here. The porterhouse was cooked beautifully, exactly as requested, and the meat tasted like good quality beef. The baked potatoes were all hard, but you win some and lose some. Just get mashed potatoes loaded. 😂
