I really try to eat this. But it tasted like soap with grease. I couldn't finish my meal. I normally love this place but that was not the case today.

Terrible experience! I ordered ahead, saw our pizzas were boxed and ready, but manager rudely said we couldn't pay at the register (as we always have since Sbarro opened). She told me to get in the long line where people were placing orders. She was nasty and mean. You just lost a loyal customer!

The workers here are very racist, rude, and have a big attitude. The cashier raised her voice and was very rude to me. Please don’t waste your time and money here like me.

What's the point of placing an order ahead of time if you have to wait in line anyway? Don't waste your time. Rude employees and bad customer service time and time again.

The lady checking me out was so unnecessarily mean. I ordered, I am 15 years old. She told me “ it wasn’t that hard to put my chip in” and rolled her eyes countless times at me. The man next to me mentioned something as well. This really upset me.

Their Stromboli is half the size it used to be and the food was not hot. The prices went up. Very disappointing. Easy to see why so many have closed

I think, They need to have training about how to treat the customers.! Their way of asking was kind of mean and rude.! Please be polite to everyone because you don’t know, when you gonna die.! Be polite and nice to everyone before you die.!

The location at 1500 Polaris Pkwy, Columbus, OH 43240 has charged my credit card multiple times. I have only been there once. I called them and they said "call your bank"
