Wendy's

Great pretzel pub chicken sandwich and they actually got it right, imagine that, I order mine with only cheese and bacon and it would amaze you how many get it wrong when it's so much easier to make them normal, maybe others just can't read or something but here never, I mean absolutely never get wrong in anyway shape or form, it's like going to the old Wendy's down town that Dave actually worked at which is a different breed, sorry to say, Especially from a die hard Wendy's man such as my self, I'll never forget Dave handing me the bag and making sure it was right before he ever even said come get it, the old down town Columbus Ohio location, the way it was always meant to be, per Dave Thomas, the real Wendy's, named after his daughter, who would time after time be there in her young yrs but doing nothing more then being Dave's trophy and seeing her dad do what would become her nestegg and at this location is still similar in most ways, try it, and like most of us Worthington people, you wont be disappointed.

This is my favorite Wendy's! I get breakfast here regularly, and it's always good. The service is always courteous and fast. I'm a customer who has a special dietary restriction in that I can't digest meat properly. There have been several times that I've ordered a breakfast sandwich without meat, but the cooks missed that alteration. They have always been so nice about correcting the order for me, without making me feel like it's a burden and that means a lot to me. Especially the manager with the red hair - she's awesome! That mix up hasn't happened in quite some time, though, so I'm sure they probably all know me by now. Thanks Wendy's team!

I used to despise this place late at night. The last two times I’ve been here, the gentleman working the window and the employees inside have been amazing. Great service, great food, great experience. Whoever has been running this restaurant late at night is an amazing person. Keep it up guys, and you deserve a lot.

Definitely one of the best Wendy’s in town (at least in the late evenings). I dont know if they are a trial store for new patties or they just cook them better, but both times I’ve been here in the last month the burgers were savory and had just the right amount of grease. This location tastes like the Old Wendy’s I grew up to love. I had pretty much given up on Wendy’s due to the Grove City locations and other locations in the southern part of Columbus.

Ordered with my phone and picked up at the drivethru. If you use your phone to order there are always coupons. Items were correct. Friendly service. Quick. I don't think the spicy chicken sandwich is as good as it used to be would be my only complaint. The chicken has a weird texture the last few times I have had it. Nuggets are good.
