Great Ramen. The restaurant is all kiosk ordering, so if you had cash, as I did, you have to get somebody's attention in the kitchen to come out and complete your order. I had the spicy Tam Tam ramen, which could have been a bit more spicy, but other than that it was excellent. The broth was serious bone broth. Good ingredients. Good cooking.

located right on the Ohio State University Campus, this place is great to grab a quick bite to eat. They accept BuckID and have a variety of menu items including some great tonkotsu ramen (which I tried). The restaurant is self-serve so the only time you really see the staff is when they bring out your food. As soon as you walk in you’ll go straight to the back POS and place you’re order then you’re all set. They have free wifi but there is not a place to charge a phone or computer.

I recently went there a few minutes past their closing time due to me running late to pick up my order. He was still willing to see me and process my order and even did me a huge favor. I really appreciate it! I only ordered an order of fried Chinese donuts and they were delicious! Customer service was great. I wish I remembered the employee’s name specifically! He was so nice and genuine.

Great food and customer service. I just finished my highschool graduation ceremony and my family and I came into the restaurant pretty late and the owner welcomed us like it was any other time of the day. Even with 7 of us and the amount of food we ordered he still gave everything to us fresh and with a smile. The food was amazing (10/10) all of us really enjoyed what we ordered. He also went out of his way to give me a cupcake and a coupon after finding out I just graduated. And even though we stayed a little bit after close, he took pictures of all of us and made sure to get good angles and lighting. Overall, a great place that I highly recommend.

Stopped here after looking for some good chinese. I ordered the Szechwan beef, sweet n sour chicken, egg roll, crab rangoon, and some noodles. The egg roll was disappointing and small. The crab rangoon was pretty good. The Szechwan beef was pretty good but not what i was expecting. It was almost like soup with beef and kimchi. The sweet and sour i liked the flavor of, however i wish they did the sweet n sour sauce on the side for takeout. It caused the chicken to not be crispy. However they do make the good sweet n sour that has the peppers and onions. There might have been pineapple in the sauce but I didn't see any chunks in my portion. Overall a solid place, i think a 4-4.5* is pretty accurate based on what i ate. Thanks guys!
