Absolutely atrocious service. There was a long line in the drive thru so we went inside to order. There were five employees and a manager standing around discussing their car insurance. We were completely ignored and nobody was working on drive thru (which explains why the line wasn't moving at all.) A woman was behind the counter going through her purse but not wearing a uniform so not really sure what her role was. We ended up just leaving since they were far more interested in their conversation than acknowledging or helping any of their customers.

My go to order is a short Cafe Latte with three pumps of vanilla and two stevias with a bacon gouda. You can’t go wrong.
Gem: Drinks and food is always fresh.
Key thing to note: this Starbucks is located in a high traffic area which means that it is frequently busy, so have patience.

I have to have my daily coffee!!!! They've hired a lot of new baristas and several times my coffee has been barely over half full!! Once I brought it to their attention and they made it right..but for 6 bucks a cup we want it full!!!

This branch accepted my order by the app for mango dragon fruit and then they gave me a mango Dragon without fruit!!! You must update your app for availability! Other branches don't accept orders if it's sold out!

Sorry but young ladies held up drive thru line talking to their friends in cars at order and pickup. Where was management to say ladies we have customers & you can chat with friends when you get off?

Sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes to only get my drink made incorrect. Terrible staff awareness.

Missing a few exhibits and the bees/yellow jackets where overwhelming. Other than the risk of being stung, place was clean and the animals looked well taken care of.
