Marco's Pizza

I tried to cal to place an order an after approximately 10 rings someone picked up the phone , and the. Promptly hung up. I thought Matt they disconnected me by accident. The second time they did it let me know that they don’t need or want my business, which they won’t get again. Maybe $30+ tonight doesn’t mean anything to them, but multiply that times “forever “ and that adds up. Domino’s was friendly, prompt and they have great pizza. Why did I ever go to Marco’s????

Wife and I ordered on line, 2 salads and a med pizza. After picking it up and taking it home, we opened the salads to find all of the tomatoes underneath the lettuce and they were basically transparent. A good amount of the lettuce was brown. I guess the patatowhite was old also. Should have been thrown out 2 days before. Says alot about management and proper training. Not going here anymore, and its too bad because the pizza was alright.

Horrible!!!!! Nasty and poor customer service!!! I walked in and the worker that made eye contact with me act like I completely ruined her day by walking in. I got there 40 minutes after my pizza was said to be ready. And it was not. No big deal. BUT as I was waiting for my pizza, the employee’s whose day I ruined by walking in, started making the boxes into the pizza boxes. She act like she was soooo tired. Just dragging everywhere. So as she’s dragging, the pizza boxes fell to the floor. And I was like ew. BUT THEN AS THEY WERE ON THE FLOOR…. She STEPPED and WALKED on them and continued to fold the boxes!!!!!!! Totally disgusted!!!!!!!! I had no choice but to get the pizza and hope my pizza box had not been ON THE FLOOR AND STEPPED ON. this happened today. May 19, 2022. Never will I ever return to this location.

Marco Pizza double churches road Ordered Supreme pizza 2hr ahead for a specific time! Receive what was called a deluxe? bread cheese onions? sausage balls. Some drinks . It wasn't what I expected(Order there for years-very unreliable now) went next day to tell them about it( i actually gave them a great review then had second thoughts, tired of the poor quality. IThey were busy; magr. too busy to talk to me. I had past the counter little and she shouted to get (not to busy for that) she definitely is poorly trained in handling public and perhaps overworked. there is no excuse for the shouting and refusing to talk to me. Since I have worked in stressful, hard working life and death situations, a pizza is no comparison. I don't think i shouted . Anyway, i want come back. There r many reasons for behavior reactions which i am very familiar. I just don't need your pizza that much.nor will I recommend it to anyone!!!!!! Barbara Hawkins Thx Mrs Amanda

Staff is very rude . You have one who doesn't know anything he's doing and then some very very rude woman who try's to belittle you on the phone she thinks she big and bad I wish I got a name just was too mad about her talking to other employees like I couldn't hear her in the back ground talking bad about me . But it was at 2:30 pm on may 5th .How do you expect to keep customers when you act like they are a burden. Very bad attitude . Company will go down hill fast with the staff they have . So incompetent. Do better. Won't recommend to anyone I know that's for sure . At least not this location.i hope management can get their staff's attitudes right .

The pizza is the best around and most of the staff is very nice. A few loud mouths that feel they have to be the center of attention while not working but the manager was doing her best to keep the loud mouth under control until she had to leave for the nite. After that I'm sure very little work was done.
