Love the grilled cheese and birthday cake timbits

Thanks to the Employees for their kindness today. I went to order a 10pk of my Favorite Birthday Cake TIMBITS. And I was at the speaker for a few minutes waiting. I was ok. They apologized for the wait. I ordered and pulled up. Instead of a 10 pack. They gave me 20. And told me I didn't have to pay! Made my day! And their donuts always are fresh!

This place was very clean the clerk at the register went over and above for my children I asked him for 2 ice waters and instead he gave my kids two bottles water that was prob close to $2.00 a piece definitely a great experience and place I will go back time and time again

The drive threw was ok I couldn't hear the person in the speaker and I felt that my food was pushed on me quickly I didn't have enough time to put my food or drink down before the gave me my card back and when I started to eat my timbites they just like there a day old mixed in with fresh

The food and beverages are great. The staff is friendly and wonderful to deal with. The store is clean. However this location runs slow and if you are in a time crunch it is not the place to go.

We were happy to see this place, being out of town. The service was good and everything came to us hot and to order. A little different than back home, but much better friendlier service.

I work night shift so I go into Tim Hortons sometimes on break. The lady that works the drive thru is one of the best employees. I wish I knew her name. She had such a kind heart and has the best customer service skills. Also the food is always fresh because they are baking everything in the middle of the night. Because of her amazing customer service I give her 5 stars!!
