The staff there are very nice and we're quick to help me. My coffee was fresh and delicious. They sold the last artisan right before I ordered but the staff member was kind and quickly made me some fresh for my order. Things behind the counter looked clean and well kept. My wait was reasonable. I will definitely be coming back.
A good TH with great breakfast foods, but their service was a little slow.
Did drive-through in good timing and courteous service. They even took my late window order without any negative facial or smirks one gets when you do something out of the ordinary.
We were waiting for our ride after the Ohio State - Penn state game. walked thru the drive thru, the staff was wonderful.
I love this location. It's not overcrowded, I can charge my phone, and it has a cozy environment.
I stop by the drive thru in the mornings before work sometimes — they are always extremely fast, efficient, friendly, and accurate. You can tell that the workers are super hardworking. Even when there is a line, they keep it moving very quickly.

Service is slower than other locations but they always get your order correct.
The new girl working messed my order up but I can't complain, she was pretty quick for being new and it's not her fault it was her and one other working who wasn't trying to help her with anything....
