North High Brewing

10/10 service, 10/10 beer, 10/10 atmosphere. Our bartender was amazing. As soon as we walked in, he greeted us with a smile and welcomed us. He was insightful about the beers he offered, easy to talk to and we could see he loved what he did. When we’re back in Columbus, we’ll definitely be back to visit North High Brewing!!

We had an excellent experience at North High Brewing Cleveland. We arrived around 11:15 and were disappointed to find out they only had their brunch menu until 1 (everything sounded yummy, but we had breakfast very early that morning). Our waitress talked to who I assume was the manager, who came over and asked what we were hoping to have for lunch. Since they weren’t busy yet, they made wings for my husband and chicken tenders for our toddler. I had the North High burger. All of our food was excellent, my husband enjoyed the beer, waitress friendly, and the atmosphere was great

My friends and I are from Kentucky, we were on our way home from a trip to Cedar Point and we decided to stop at North High Brewing for some beer as a pit stop on the way home. We walked in the exact minute they opened and unlocked the door. The bartender Ricky, there immediately welcomed us with a smile on his face, asking where we were from and what we're getting into. Super chatty, and excited to talk beer! He was so informative and knowledgeable of the beer they offered. My entire group and I had so much fun creating our beer flights with him! The atmosphere was a 10/10, beautiful artwork, and so many interesting things to look at! The BEER, omg, the beer was insane. We are picky beer snobs and we were all blown away. We can't wait to come back, we are adding this to our list of traditions on this annual trip!

This place is a great location, with outstanding food and service. I highly recommend North High Brewery. You will be greeted with a smile and a genuine enthusiasm for life if you are lucky enough to be taken care of by the server/manager Alpna. She's amazing and makes you feel like family! My wife and I did our baby shower in the basement and it is the perfect location for 20-40 people. 5 stars!

I had a party of 4 and made reservations for 7pm on a Friday since I knew they would be packed. We got there about 5 minutes early and were told that they were just waiting for some tables to clear and then they would seat us. We were having a good time just talking and hanging out in the waiting area when the manager approached us and apologized for the long wait. He offered us drinks at no cost while they still worked on getting a table cleared. We were all impressed because that kind of customer service is hard to come by anymore. I've had reservations that I've made and had to wait even longer, with not even an apology. After enjoying our drinks for about 5 minutes, we were seated at our table by the hostess. Once we were seated the waitress informed us that the manager had a free appetizer on it's way to us. Needless to say we were very impressed. The wait wasn't too terrible, and also somewhat expected with how busy they were. This place showed customer service levels that are unheard of anymore. I cannot recommend this restaurant enough. A+ customer service, and really high quality food and drinks!
