I'm in love with their chill dogs man oh man they hit the spot just right 💯. Their fries are awesome and juat gotta have a Big Burford every now and again for sure. And did I say the mozzarella cheese stixs are better than most places for sure. Symphony was a great CSR seems like she is doing double duty possibly due to staffing but she is awesome at what she does !! If you haven't been in a while it's worth revisiting 👍👍

I went here this past Saturday around 1pm. Wish I would've gotten the lady's name, but she took my order and was very polite and thorough with providing me with what I ordered. She did an amazing job. The best customer service experience I've had in awhile! She should get raise!!

The drive thru cashier Wednesday night Olivvionna was totally awesome, polite and helpful. Very rare to see these days lately. Her services was so GREAT she will be the reason I would return! The temperature was hot and the food was delicious. I usually don't eat at any Rally's ,because of the service and lack of correct food service. My nephew eats it no matter the location, I decided to give it a try and happy I did. The location was clean on the outside and it had enough lights for safety.

Always good ,fast and cheap. Not high quality, but it hits the spot. Really good seasoned fries and bite sized apple pies, careful the pies are hot and can burn your tongue.

Love the spicy chicken here. By far the best for anything fast food. My only "issue" is where it's located. That area of Morse Rd is less than desirable for late night pick ups.

The closest Rally's to me is the one on the west side. I stopped eating there because it's a mess. They make you wait forever, even when there is no one else in line and the employees all look like they never bathe. I've got sick from eating there more times than I care to admit. I happened to be on Morse Rd. and decided to give the Rallys there a try. I'm glad I did. No waiting and the guy who waited on me was clean and friendly. He even got my order 100% right. Too bad it's such a long drive from my house. The west side branch could learn a few things from the Morse Rd. branch. Keep up the good work!
