So good! Been twice and loved the food so much I didnt pull my phone out to take pictures. Their Bloody Mary's are the best I've ever had, service is great, atmosphere is lively and food has always been fabulous. My better half loves it as he is from Queens, NY and has missed the Jewish delis. This place brings Brooklyn to the Midwest with high quality. Definitely our new favorite.

Loved Harvey and Eds!! We went there on Friday for happy hour and tried the knish, the hot Reuben dip, and the hot dog, along with some cocktails to start. The hotdog was so simple, but absolutely phenomenal. It really hit the spot! The knish was delicate and satisfying, and the reuban dip was robust and exceptionally filling. We then went on to order the matzo ball soup which was very tasty, and a burger which was tender and juicy and cooked to perfection. I wasn't wild about the sweet pickle, but that's personal preference. And we also got the Reuben. The Reuben was very tasty and was filled with an incredible amount of meat. I highly recommend Harvey and Ed's and will definitely be back!

This is a fun place. We went for lunch. They have old(er) school music playing and dishes like meatloaf, pickled herring (was amazing), cabbage rolls, baked califlower, latkes and salmon, and roasted brussel sprouts . The restaurant itself has a great atmosphere with old wood floors and a marble bar top. There are a variety of cocktails too.

Only went in for a drink at the bar, but the atmosphere was great. Another great Cameron Mitchell restaurant that provides with a cool New York vibe in the middle of Short North Columbus area. Food is moderately affordable, and drinks are great but the place offers happy hours for those looking to enjoy but save some money. They have a counter as well if you wish to take food to go.

Like all CM places, the location, decor, food, and staff are worth your money. Gluten free clearly marked in main menu and tons of it actually while still offering bagels and buns with wheat that are local I believe. Crazy-nice happy hour situation, and actually have interesting cocktails you haven't tried 18 variations of. The food was seriously good, ranking second on my CM list right after Marchellas. Vibe was right there and even when crowded, the whole place felt nice.

Another great experience from Cameron Mitchell! Stop in for a birthday celebration and I must say it did not disappoint. We started off with the Latke Royale and Smoked Whitefish Chowder. The cured salmon and caviar made the latke extremely decadent and savory but was nicely balanced with a creme fraiche sauce and green apples. The chowder had an extremely smoky aroma which I thought would overpower the soup, but once we ate it, it was surprisingly balanced and delicious. Since this is Cameron Mitchell’s take on a Jewish Deli, we had to try a smoked fish. We went with the Kippered Salmon and WOW. This was our favorite dish of the night. We got it with a Block’s everything bagel and we devoured it up! This hit all the right notes and had all the traditional accompaniments. We’ll definitely return here just to get this again and to try the other smoked and cured fish. For our entrees, we got the Roasted Halibut and the Pastrami Sandwich. Not to be too hyperbolic, but the halibut was one of the best fish dishes we’ve had in Columbus! Soft and buttery flesh with a nicely seared and crisp skin. It was served with a slightly spicy mixture of raisins, almonds, potatoes, and peas which balanced the richness of the halibut nicely. Would definitely recommend. The Pastrami Sandwich with chopped liver was fairly good. Before ordering we asked if it was made in house but we were told it was made by a deli in Detroit which was a little disappointing but we decided to try it anyway. It was served with a side of fries and a bottle of mustard. The chopped liver and generous squirts of mustard definitely elevated the sandwich a bit. But at $15 and not being made on premises, it’s not something we’d get again when there’s so many other wonderful options. For dessert, we got the Cheese Blintz. It was a nice end to the meal. The perfect ended to a nice summer meal. It was light and slightly sweet with a good acidic kick from the fresh berries. During the meal we also ordered a few cocktails. The standout was definitely the Negroni. It comes in a sealed metal tin which the server opens up and pours over an ice cube. Apparently it’s served this way purely for the presentation (aka social media) and does not contribute much to the flavor. But overall it was a nicely balanced and flavorful cocktail. Additionally we got the Ed’s Martini, Manhattan, and A Real Mensch which weren’t anything special. So we were a little disappointed on the cocktail front. Overall this was a wonderful experience and would highly recommend everyone to try it out!

Food was great and atmosphere was fun. It was really loud so be prepared for that. The fried olives are my new favorite appetizer in the city and both the Pastrami and Corned Beef were extremely tender. We will definitely go back.

Wow!! This may be my new best Deli in town! (Danny's watch out!) I went with a friend and he ordered the Reuben and I ordered the Pastrami Sandwich and we were impressed by both. I would say that Danny's might have a better pastrami, but then you add the chopped liver to H&E's and it stands tall above the competition! :) Our starter was the fantastic lamb stuffed green olives that were then deep fried! My side was a great potato salad and my friend got a simply lush potato latka with applesauce on the side. Oh and did I mention the pickles that come with the sandwiches? wonderful dill and a sweet and spicy pickle that really hit the spot. The portions were correct and we walked away satisfied. I will be coming back!

This might be my new favourite restaurant in the Short North. It's basically a 60's dinner with a NY Jewish Deli Theme. The Pastrami on Rye might be the best one I've had outside of Katz's in NYC. I also enjoyed the Brussels Sprouts appetizer which includes Pumpernickel Rye bread croutons topped with goat cheese (YUM!). If you're getting a sandwich, I highly recommend upgrading your side to the Latkes (Basically Jewish Potato Onion Fritters), the chef does it right! My wife also had the Matzo Ball Soup which their version is basically a Chicken Noodle Soup with matzo balls. As with all Cam Mitchell joints, the atmosphere is perfectly set, the servers are hospitable, and the restrooms are fantastic. I will be back, again, and again, and again! LOVE LOVE LOVE!!
