I want to give kudos to the woman working tonight. I stopped by Tim Hortons on the way home and went through the drive thru. I waited in the drive thru for a couple minutes and no one answered. I parked my car and went inside. I asked if they were open because I was waiting in the drive thru for a couple minutes. The woman working was very apologetic and told me their systems were down. She asked me what I wanted to order and I told her I wanted a small iced cap. She gave it to me for free since I didn't have cash and her registers were down. Another customer came in after me and wanted to purchase a croissant and she also gave it to him for free. That is what I call excellent customer service. Even though the systems were down (not her fault), she still went above and beyond to satisfy her customers when others may have turned us away. This is my local Tim Hortons and I always come here and get great service. I am proud this is my local Tim Hortons and will most definitely keep coming back! Thank you so much!!!

Stopped by at 4:40 pm to get 2 iced coffees to go. No one acknowledged me at the drive thru so I went inside. Even though they were getting ready to close their employee Vermont took the time to make me the 2 iced coffees for which I am very grateful. I think TH coffee is the best!

5 stars on everything. Sometimes the staff isn’t the nicest, but I can look over that. They do always get my Mocha Ice Cappuccino spot on. I never want the whipped cream in it because I can get a little extra drink in the cup. They always follow my wishes! As pictured 😊 And, the Timbits never changed size with the cost of everything going up, thank you for that! Tim Hortons over Starbucks alllllll day errrrr day!!

Was there at 7 am on Sunday and almost had heart failure because no lights inside were in. Thankfully, I was able to get my double double and bacon egg and cheese English muffin. I love Timmies and it’s a treat to be able to indulge!

Always a quick and easy experience. I usually order through the mobile app and go through the drive through for pick up. The service is very fast and everyone is nice.

Been coming to this location for 4 years and my experience has been a two-star..until today. It's just this location is 1/4 of a mile or would've chosen a different location. Anyway, There was a lady (not trying to profile but sounded latino) working there first time saw her today - and she was amazing! Fast, accurate, and very courteous. I was there at 11am and there was a long line of cars but the wait was so short - this has never ever happened at this location. Just wanted to drop this feedback for Tim Hortons that whatever change you have made (could be that lady..not sure) it is working well. Keep it up and customers will come back. Thanks!

Placed a postmates order for cookies. The manager got on the phone with me to ask if I wanted anything to replace the cookies. I told her it's okay to not replace because I had company coming over and that's what they liked. She was so nice and very apologetic on the phone. To make it right she offered to replace with premium donuts at no extra cost to me. She really wanted to make me happy! I really appreciate it because I rarely get good customer service. Thank you!
