Jordan was our waiter and let me tell you how amazing and kind he is. He made our experience well worth it. Jordan sat with us and went over the menu, he was thoughtful and explained the best flavors to get with our boil. He checked on us multiple times and made sure we were satisfied. Hands down the best service, food and all around atmosphere. Will recommend to everyone. Make sure you ask for Jordan when you go in!! He will help you figure out the best heat level and explain the menu very well.

Really enjoyed this place. Quality was the best you can find short of going to the coast. Flavors were excellent and the seafood was cooked perfectly. Service was too knotch and they turned our order around faster than many fast food restaurants. Really recommend it.

My crab legs were amazing, so sweet and delicious. I also had a shrimp and fries that was awesome. The shrimp sauce was the best i have ever had. I will be back again. Price wasn't bad at all.

A great seafood find in Columbus...!!!! Best King Crab leg boil around; definitely number 1 in my book! Great and quick service...so easy to get in and enjoy a good meal. The service is impeccable & Emily is the Greatest...!!!!!!! Her attention to detail and ability to connect with customers is refreshing. When you dine at Kai's it feels like they go above and beyond to provide you with a perfect experience; they even remembered my favorite drink and menu selections after just my 1st visit. They always make me feel welcome and at home! Love it when you find a place that stands out from the rest...!!!!

Even though it's very expensive, it was very very good. I had the king crab and shrimp boil with the potatoes and corn and the lemon pepper seasoning. It was all so delicious. They give you bibs and gloves to eat it with and a bucket for all your shells. We were greeted at the door with such enthusiasm and kindness and our waitress explained everything to us and made sure nobody had any allergies to shellfish. I'll be back for sure.

Excellent rating for a reason. My shrimp was perfectly cooked with great flavor. I like that they have different options (head on, off, shell only, etc). Service was friendly. Only thing that could be improved is the seats are really hard. I’ve sat in seats just as firm but something about those put weird pressure points on my legs and butt. Overall, it’s a low frills place that delivers great food!

During my recent visit, I found the place to be decent overall. The natural surroundings were pleasant, with some greenery and waterfalls adding a touch of tranquility. The accommodations were satisfactory, offering adequate space and average designs. The staff was friendly enough, though not overly attentive. While the experience was somewhat relaxing, it didn't quite meet my high expectations. "Serenity Cove" could benefit from some improvements in terms of service and ambiance. Overall, it was an okay experience, but I'm not sure if I would prioritize a return visit.

This was my first time here. Definitely will not be my last. The service was great & she told us how to properly use our utensils for cutting the legs. We had the king crabs with potatoes, corn & shrimp, with the Kai’s Cajun & it was fantastic. It is for sure pricey, but seafood in general is. Especially with prices going up everywhere it is to be expected. I also had the fried calamari & it was excellent & not rubbery at all. I also tried the garlic noodles & I added some of my shrimp to it & it was so good! I will definitely be back!

Food was amazing! Restaurant was clean along with the restrooms. Service was enough. We had a waitress but every employee worked together as a cohesive team to make things continue to move like clockwork. I ordered the New England Combo and added shrimp, and my Daughter ordered the Gulf Combo and added crab legs. We also ordered individual meals for the children. We had way too much food. Definitely should have split a combo. Total satisfaction was achieved!!!
