best pizza place in town. All of the workers are fantastic, definitely the young guys and the lady that's always in there in the evening. Except for the foreign guy, he's the driver, and he is very disrespectful and doesn't care about his job or anyone period. The guy has a smart mouth and will argue with you for nothing
Impressive customer service, very clean and nice looking facility. Staff was fast, efficient, and friendly. Actually gave me extra garlic dipping sauce and peppers for free and told me that it was courtesy of them. I greatly appreciated that gesture. My order was ready exactly when they said it would be! Pizza was excellent, great prices. Best Papa Johns’s location in the city of COLUMBUS!! I will come to this location again. Highly recommended
Ordered online, and patiently waited for our delivery. Noticed on the tracker that the ETA kept increasing, it went from 6:40 to 6:50, to 7. I called and was told that it should be arriving soon through a third party delivery. Waited another 15-20 mins and was called back by an employee and told that something happened with the third party delivery and they were remaking my order and sending their own driver. My order arrived fresh quickly after this call. They refunded me for the inconvenience, and I truly appreciate the effort they put in to fix this wrong. Our food was amazing.
Honestly I chose the delivery option and I was happy. The pizza was fresh, cheesy, and doughy! If you are looking for something with more substance this is your choice! Exceptional taste and seasoning...oh, and don't forget the garlic dip!! 5 ⭐
I had a terrible experience a few months back with the previous General Manager, so I thought I would give the store a call and order pizza because my kids love papa John’s.
Fortunately, for us THERE IS A NEW MANAGER, Zander. He was kind, helpful and made everything right. I’m so happy we are able to order from this store again comfortably and know we will have amazing service.
Service was quick but pizza was great that pizza was dry and not enough other than that they have excellent service
We recently had an order messed up and they promised us store credit. Me and my boyfriend used it tonight and the service was amazing. Xander personally made sure to check our pizzas before they went out and was incredibly nice!!!
Ordered here 5 times over past year. Each time; fresh, piping hot tasty pizza, lot of toppings, good quality and exactly what I ordered within 20 minutes left at my door. Never had an issue. It is Papa John's, so not the most gourmet pizza you ever had, but for a chain pizza, my go-to in the area. Most consistent, and reliable of the ones I tried so far. Always good and fast. Surprised to see the negative reviews.
Outstanding delivery experience. Large event, delivery to hotel. Fast, tracking was accurate. delivery guy called with enough time to meet in lobby. hot food, prepared as ordered, delivery time well withing website projection. one of the best delivery experiences I have had at a downtown hotel in any city. Delivery driver was also super pleasant too!
Always highly satisfied with this Papa John’s. The food is always fresh and made good. Anytime i do pick up, my food is ready and when i get delivery it’s fast! 10/10 keep up the great work!
