10/13/21 This location is temporarily closed!! Back here 9/7/21... Out shopping at Graceland Shopping Center stopped in for lunch. I'm going with Country Fried Steak, green beans and mashed potatoes😋 My husband is having their Turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, carrots and cranberry sauce😋 We were seated immediately with a friendly and pleasant server named Lulu 😊 Very good experience today!! 6/10/21...Here for breakfast with our youngest granddaughter and our nephew both are 7yrs old. They both like the option of breakfast and or lunch. We were sat immediately and our server was prompt and smiling. That's always a plus in my opinion. Nola is a fabulous server! They both enjoyed breakfast 😋 We had a nice time together ♥️ Back today 4/14/21... My husband tried the Pot Roast he loved it!! Decent visit today Amber was are server she did a terrific job 👍 At this Bob Evans location service hasn't been what it was about 8 months ago... It wasn't as bad as last visit though! 5 in our party, they sat all 5 of us quickly. Our server took along time to get to us drinks, take our menu choice orders and then everyone except for me received their meal at the same time... I don't know why or what happened? The server said they had a high demand for what I had ordered 😞 finally I got my order and it was barely warm. I let the server know she took it back to the kitchen and it was another 15 minutes before I was able to eat my meal. No apology, no acknowledgement for the inconvenience of my meal delay. Upon leaving I talked with the asst. manager he said that they were under staffed and took my meal off the bill. We haven't been back since!! 12/10/18 My son and I having lunch. Today service was prompt and friendly. I had breakfast my son tried their Prime Rib "not bad he said for Bob Evans" They've apparently made some changes 😊

Food was delicious. This visit does deserve a five star rating but the server Matt was in such a rush it was very irritating. Having three kids with me we take a few minutes to get ourselves ready to order. But before the hostess left the table he was already there demanding our drink order. Then he quickly returned and without asking ask my two youngest to point to what they wanted and he put their order in early. I understand that this is something all restaurants offer to keep little ones happy but since I was not asked I felt it was an insult as he automatically assumed my children would be trouble. The entire experience was rushed with him and he never returned to ask if we needed anything else like a drink to go or a box. Yet as we were leaving he was a table behind us talking to someone about his ability to speak Spanish and a trip that he took. He spent more time with that customer and that conversation than he did with us the entire visit. I will be back but I will never have him as a server again.

Delicious food, good prices, expanded menu- it even has a value meal section- and good service! Despite obviously wanting more help (hiring sign) the staff are quick to action when you ask for things, cheerful, and bring out food while it is still hot. Just be a tiny bit patient, and they are very obliging!

Food is always good here and the wait, both for a table and for the food, is never very long. It was odd that there was a short wait at all, however, as I counted 15 empty tables when I walked in yet there was a 10-15 minute wait. I worked in the restaurant business for 7 years, so I understand how a few call-offs from the wait staff can really affect seating/serving. But, a Sunday morning 16 days before Christmas in a shopping area, I'd think management would have some backups on hand. To be fair, a large party took 4 or 5 tables after we were sat, but there were at least 10-15 people waiting in the lobby and at least 10 open tables when we left. With all that said, food was great and my service was fantastic as always.
