Burger King

Drove up through the open lane and had to alert the worker doing their after hours closing clean up to get a response before I drove around again to make a late night order. I saw other cars driving up and leaving. I only gave it two stars because they actually took my order during working hours. It seems the workers are too burnt out to work the late night shift, so change your hours to close earlier.

Went through the drive thru, ordered an impossible whopper meal with no onions, pickles, or tomatoes. We added an extra md dry which we weren’t given (or -thankfully- charged for). Though I was given the exact things I asked NOT to be on my burger, plus the fries that we were given were all short and stubby. The place was nearly empty so they shouldn’t have been in a rush. This isn’t the first time I’ve had a bad experience here. Your employees don’t listen. Or rather they do and then don’t care as you can clearly see from the pictures.

The food and service were good, however the drink machines were out of almost everything. They also didn't look as if they have been cleaned in a hot minute. The store appears almost fully staffed of newer hires, but they are doing a good job. BK should probably offer pay closer to Chickfila in order to keep the turnover rate lower.

This Burger King makes the Whoppers like they used to when I was a kid. They way that made me fall in love with Burger King in the first place. They give 2 yummy slices of tomato, reasonable amount of lettuce, I don't know how many pickles but there were plenty. And just the right amount of onion. Perfect proportion of ketchup and mayo. It was the best fast food hamburger in this whole town. I really was shocked cuz the other 2 Burger Kings I've been to were awful. That's why we stopped going. I'm glad we gave this one a chance. I hope they will always keep making the Whopper like this. Brings back memories from when I was a kid. I wonder why the others don't do that!

My usual stop for breakfast - IF we get breakfast. The food & service is fantastic - I'm never disappointed. Orders are rarely incorrect and they usually try to get us through in a timely manner, even with a line of cars at the drive thru. On my past couple of visits, I had Saafi as host and Malinda as Cashier - very lovely people. A friendly greeting early in the morning always makes the day so much better :) Thank you so much.

Safi, states he is the General Manager of this store. The drive through made a mistake on my order this morning. I received some else’s order that had grits with cheese and a sausage biscuit. I had thrown the order in the garage. I finally found time to get back over to Burger King and explain the situation to, who I thought was a manager. She was handling me the corrected food and then Safi, from a table half way across the room asked where the wrong order was at. I told him I threw it in the trash. He went on implying that I was lying. So offered to repay for my order, then he said just take the order and get out of here. With that attitude I refused to take the order and went back to get the wrong order out of the trash. He didn’t like the fact that I brought the wrong order back and set it on the table where he was sitting. He threw the bag at me and it bounced off me and to the floor. First and foremost, Don’t imply that I was lying. Second, none of this would have happened if the lady taking care of me was allowed to continue and I would have left with the correct meal. Third if Safi is a General Manager of that store , he needs to go through training on how to deal with their mistakes. I will be sending this out to as many people as w can. All the way up the chain in Burger King. Oh, and to threaten to go to my boss is why this will not end in Safi’s favor. Threatening someone just makes it worse after you throw a bag of food at a customer.
