Very nice staff was short on my order and they spotted me my kids were very very happy usually always have everything on menu in stock and some of them meals are very very good staff was great store was clean

Just a little hint the pumpkin ice cap is back and the maple cinnamon cold brew is to die for. Come get one before they're gone. Absolutely love the customer service here. They have great coupons every time you make a purchase.

My server who was not doing the window but making orders was gruff mean got it wrong and did not care. The window girl been there over a year at the window remembered me! She is a serious customer service person. The dark haired chubby young girl was mean and didn't care. Went to Dunkin last two days to a avoid the negativity. Love Tim Hortons!

visited a few days ago and had my life saved by adam. i was in the drive thru in pulling out my wallet and suddenly i lost control of my car. suddenly one of the workers jumped out of the window. i was shaken in fear when i saw a second pair of hands on my wheel. next thing i know i’m being saved from hitting me the building. it’s the nicest and most heroic thing anyone has ever done for me. he deserves a raise. thank you adam.

The best coffee place around. The people are amazing. Occasionally have random workers that aren't great but the regular girls are amazing!! Have my order memorized and always greet me with a smile

The people here are the Best! I stopped by after putting my dog to sleep. I couldn't stop crying & they were so empathetic. It had just stopped raining & the cashier pointed out a rainbow to make me feel better. Then she gave me a free donut.

Stopped to get some peppermint mocha iced caps and Christmas tree donuts. They had the iced caps but we're out of the donuts I wanted. To their defense they are closing early today and I did go ahead and get some other donuts. The two ladies working their tails off were very polite and apologetic and they did a good job.
