We decided today to start off our wonderful morning at Tim Hortons for a father and son breakfast.
The love nugget , decided to go with the vanilla frosted sprinkled donut and a breakfast sandwich.
Well she pick a box of Tim Tim it’s , Which we know the other kids will just love when we get home.
As you would expect during the Covid this place is not busy it’s extremely clean and extremely fast and efficient and the staff are outstanding they are definitely a five out of five on the star rating

I wouldn't come here for the food but I absolutely love their coffee, it took me a few years to admit it but the Americano here is actually better than Starbucks! And they add the sugar and cream at your request, nice bonus.
Update: still the best Americano in town and the nicest kindest fastest staff anywhere

Good coffee! The staff at the Tim Horton's that I visited (Columbus, OH) were so helpful. The manager actually brought out a large umbrella to help me as I carried my 2 month old daughter across the parking lot to the Tire Discounters while the rain was pouring down!

There was a line of cars Sunday morning so I went inside. I waited for only a few minutes for the girl to take an order for an elderly lady that had a cain. The elderly ladys order came. The Hortans girl then cheerfuly carried the ladys order to her table and made sure she had napkins and everything she needed.it only took a minute.
My order arrived surprisingly fast. Fair price great food.

Friendly staff and fast quality service. However, Saturday mornings (when I visit), the women's restroom reeks of cigarette smoke. There's ashes on the toilet seat(s) and floor(s) as if an employee takes their smoke breaks in there. Would give 5 stars if it weren't for that issue.

I have been a regular customer at Tim Hortons because of Chelsea. She is a great work, has a great customer service and she makes the best Coffee. She missed work for 2 days and I truly notes a big difference in the coffee, I couldn't even drink it. Tim Hortons should never let her go because she is the best and all the workers need to learn from her.

I've stopped in here or there and never had bad service. Rushed, perhaps, but not bad. Food and pastries were always good. But tonight, walking in 14 minutes before closing to buy 8 gift cards at different values, I expected confusion as I've experienced in previous years. But not tonight! These two ladies were organized, professional, and polite. In and out in 9 minutes and there were two people in front of me!! Well done ladies (I believe I overhead that one's name was Helen)!!
