Panera Bread

Cold Sunday morning. Breezy with light snow outside. I came to the New Panera off Morse Rd across from Morse Crossing. In front of Best Buy. I got a large coffee with real half and half, fetch your own with free refills. I got the warm Steak with one over easy egg on a tasty warm bagel with melted cheese on it. Great treat! Steak nice, tender and sliced. They give you a buzzer which goes off when your food is ready at the kitchen window. (No waitress.) Breakfast is only morning hours. I love their chicken with wild rice soup. I love their breakfast souffles. Anyone with shopaholic family and friends visiting the vicinity stores could be very happy getting a seat here waiting on them. I recommend a beverage, and a lunch/dinner Pick 2 with choice of soup, salad, sandwich, mac and cheese, includes your choice of an apple, chips, or baguette. add a fresh bakery treat to your order for a small price. Pull up a seat with free wi fi. Bring your own wi fi tablet or pc and earbuds. Lots of free parking spaces. ( No tvs..no alcohol...anyone trying to escape the football, basketball, hockey, softball fanatics will be happy here.) This is a brand new upscale no waitress place with fresh bakery bread and treats.

Love the cozy fireplace. choice of a booth or table and chairs. Good pick two choices. Beverages, my favorite is the Hot Chocolate made with real milk and whipped cream. Delicious fresh bread and baked goodies. Panera emails me surveys. I think customers might like Asian lettuce wraps with maybe chicken, wild rice, cashew nuts, and a sauce.

Ordered 2 Bagel Packs = 36 bagels. Service is usually great but on this day the young lady assisting me took 20-25 minutes to box everything up. On previous visits this has taken an average of 10 minutes. As I was gathering my boxes of bagels I overheard the manager say to the young lady "You should have put on gloves and used your hands to grab the bagels because it's a lot faster than using tongs and now you have a line of 10 customers when there weren't any when I stepped away." In defense of the young lady, I can at least say she was very nice and respectful to me as well as to her manager. I'd still return regardless of this issue.
