They are very accommodating I come to get donuts for the office sometimes last minute needing about 3-4 dozen they never hesitate to make some fresh when i forget to call in advance and are very quick!

This Tim Hortons is in close proximity to my office, I stop in pretty frequently. The staff is always very friendly and the gentleman who regularly works the drive through is great! Always makes sure my order is correct. Best Tim Hortons in the area.

We stopped here for some coffee and breakfast while on a road trip. We went through the drive through. The service was friendly and quick. Egg bites and hash browns were good. Coffee was good as always from any Tim Hortons.

Coffee was great, employee working the register was pleasant and efficient. My bagel was toasted but plain, asked for cream cheese but, things happen! Overall, good experience.

I adore that Columbus has Tim Hortons!! Why doesn't Cleveland? Why did you never open your Youngstown stores that you JUST BUILT?! Its just sad that I have to go to Erie or Columbus to get my Tim's fix!!

Order was fast and very delicious. Good job. But, like many of the Tim Hortons I have visited, the service is not great. A smile would go a long way. Seems they are just getting by.

A little bit of a wait, but I caught them during a rush. Even though the drive through line wrapped halfway around the building, they were successful at keeping wait times down to around 5 minutes. (Anyone that has ever worked fast food can recognize that as a task.)
Fast, friendly service, and I would say the coffee was well worth the wait (just under 5 minutes in line in the lobby) on a cold day like today! Yum

This is a surprisingly clean store for its location, so props to the crew (at least the morning and afternoon crew) for that. Obviously the big reason to come here are donuts, muffins, bagels, and iced caps. However, Tim Hortons also has a perfunctory lunch menu with some basic items. However, at the end of the day, it's a good breakfast and lunch spot (or dinner, in a pinch). I'm surprisingly fond of the chili, even if it's not super high quality chili.
Anyway, this is a good Tim Hortons. The location is easy enough to get to as well.
