I go here almost every morning and the workers are always SO FRIENDLY even at 8:30 a.m. Not just "customer service" friendly but always giving me a smile or a quick chat or a compliment. Even when I do annoying things like put in mobile orders and show up like 2 minutes later, they always have it ready for me and are very nice. Love their chai.
Normal Starbucks location. There was some disorganization that had another person waiting longer than they should have. Our order however was fine. Only 3 tables for seating.
Came here on turkey day, Cassidy was a great help, super kind and patient. Everyone else on staff was kind and professional as well. Great location, clean and cozy.

My drink order is complicated and usually I settle for “close enough to what I wanted”. I went through the DT today and the barista taking my order verified my drink and the barista on bar smashed it outta the park! Thank you for taking such care with my drink, made my day!
I ALWAYS have a great experience when I come to the Crossroads location. I’d give more stars if possible. The staff here has gone above and beyond to make a connection with their clientele. Stopping here and seeing/talking to Bryant, Blair, Julianna, Molly and Sydney in the mornings, always starts my day out on the right foot! Keep up the great work!
Friendly service, always! The two drinks I like the most are the Shaken Espresso Brown Sugar & Salted Caramel Sweet Foam Cold Brew 😋 They can make the brown sugar drink hot also!

Love the baristas here! The girl at the drive through window this am was so friendly. I tried a new drink today- London Fog latte with pumpkin sweet cream. Very yummy!!
