I've eaten at Charley's a number of times over the years and while they've gotten a bit more expensive the food quality and amount of food they give you I think has increased. This has quickly become one of my favorite restaurants as a whole!

Fantastic service, really nice staff - I have food allergies and they made my food perfectly with no complaints or issues. That was the best cheesesteak ever. Restaurant was very clean and everything was super fresh. 10 stars! I can't thank you all enough. Just wonderful.

Literally the most pleasant place to get lunch in the sawmill area. Always well staffed, the people are so nice, and the food is always hot. This has become my go to sandwich stop lately and it never disappoints!

Tried Charley’s for the first time and our cashier, America, was phenomenal! She was so kind and told us about all of the options and made it a point to get sample cups so we could try the lemonade. A little overpriced for the serving sizes, but everything is made to order and the fries and lemonade are definitely worth it!

Food is pretty good, but somewhat lacking in taste. It really needs better seasoning. I think the cheese could also be tastier. Service is nice. There are a lot of promotions for lowering the price. Overall, it's a pretty good restaurant.

The food is very good and the inside is nice. They just remodeled pretty recently. Quick service for the most part. However, today I found a hair in my food which is disgusting. I live about 20 minutes away or so from the restaurant so I tried to call them about 5 times and they never picked up... I’m not sure if no one is working the phones or what but it’s pretty annoying

This is my husband's go to place for a bite to eat. The employees are always incredibly nice. I love that they have chicken tenders for the kiddo meal. Wonderful chicken Philly. The place is always clean and well kept. They even have multiple highchairs (many restaurants around the city do not have them or only have a couple).
