Had a great night last night at Adobe Gillas! Saw Ryan Otis Bandy play, he was awesome!! The food was good and Will, my server was excellent! Super nice and attentive! Had a fantastic time!

Ellacyn was our bartender and she was amazing. Also the rest of the staff made my wife’s birthday very special. Very nice atmosphere and food was great. Prices weren’t bad either. If you are at Easton you have to come through and check out the live music!

I came here during the happy hour, and their happy hour menu was awesome with cheap margaritas and a few appetizers which could be enough as an entree. They also have daily discounts that chicken fajita was $12 on Thursday. Everything tasted wonderful with a large portion and the server was friendly. One thing could be better was that the tables were a little sticky. They might clean them carefully. Apple Pay was not available. I also did not understand the way that they stuck hundreds of one buck onto their walls.

Food here was great! Havana dip was delicious and the tots in it were nice and crispy. Best part though was the live music, that guy can sing a wide variety of music!

Will is a STAR! He was a fantastic server and such a nice, friendly guy. He attended to needs we didn’t know we had yet haha. He was so attentive. Refills arrived right on time when the glass before was almost empty. Perfect. He recommended a few things including the Baja Cobb salad which I decided to order. I haven’t had a salad that good in a long time. My boyfriend ordered a quesadilla and had lots of leftovers to bring home. He also took Will’s recommendation and was totally pleased with it. I’ve been here maybe 2-3 other times but never had such a positive experience. Make sure he trains all the newbies (with extra pay of course!) because we def need more Wills in the world! I got a good feeling about him. You might want to get his autograph while you can before it’s too late!
