Had a wonderful experience here. It was a cold and rainy day, welcomed into a warm and clean environment, the workers went out of their way to let me sample some different soups before deciding, and even after I ordered gave me some extra samples since it was my first time. Very friendly staff, and the food is very good and comforting. Highly recommend giving this place a shot

Zoup there it is! Decided to try something different today. Zoup was a pleasant surprise. Lots of selections for for soups and sandwiches. Having trouble deciding one? Well you're in luck as they let you sample as much soup as you like. Soup and sandwich combo was tasty and filling. Service was efficient and awesome from the staff. They greeted us with a smile and gave suggestions for selections. We even got a mini concert while we were there 😉. Definitely would come back.

Although not a fancy restaurant, this place offers an overwhelming selection of very hardy, flavorful, fresh soups, salads and sandwiches. They offer generous samples to help you decide among the soups. The soups do look more appealing when they stir them frequently, as the surface gets dry and oxidized if left undisturbed. Cool music, comfy booths, clean bathrooms. Better than a 4, but not quite a 5-Star, but a 4.5-Star rating is not an option.

Decided to eat dinner here while on a business trip out of town because it was within walking distance from my hotel. I was skeptical at first because there was only one other person in the restaurant. I was very pleasantly surprised. The food was fresh and delicious and the staff working that night were fantastic, quick, and friendly.
I ordered the chicken Caesar salad and the lobster bisque soup. I'd get them again. Cost me about 12-1/2 bucks and was the right amount of food to satisfy my hunger.

First time having zoup and I am really impressed. We got the Thai chicken soup and it was filled with flavor. The two people working had the best customer service I’ve seen in a long time ! Will definitely come back!

We came little bit after lunch hour, so it wasn't busy at all. The service was great and very helpful and the food was fantastic.
Soup was fresh and hot, large portion sizes and the salad was delicious. Walked away with extra meal for later as the portions were large and food filling.

Zoup! makes excellent soups, salads, and sandwiches. They serve 12 (I think) different kinds of soup daily but only a few are available every day. The rest rotate on and off the menu. I enjoyed the lobster bisque, one of the permanent menu items, with a maple bacon ham sandwich.

Great soup, great sandwiches! A small place, some outdoor seating, but a good place for lunch, if not lingering. You can try all the soups, so it's good to find what you're ordering for next time, too. The red lentil soup is quite nice, and I love the chicken tortilla and the chicken pot pie soup; they sprinkle dust on top (weird) which then turns out to taste just like pot pie crust (AWESOME, still weird). Fountain coke, no gross Pepsi! Nice rewards program, and you can earn free things. Go ahead.

The soup comes in many varieties and is always on a continual rotation. They also have decent salads and sandwiches. The only real issue I have is the price. It's pretty much close to Panera when it comes to side items or any pick 2. Overall great place oh, and my kids love it.
